No issues with checking in or the staff. Our room was dated and had an odor. Beds and pillows not very comfortable.

This property was clean a great deal for the price. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great with eggs, sausage and an instant pancake maker fully stocked.

The room was not very clean it needed to be vacuumed. There was not battery cover on the remote control for the tv. There was a cover missing on the thermostat that was on the wall. The shower curtain rod was falling off of the wall in the bathroom. The front desk attendant was not able to answer my questions very well due to a language barrier. The only saving grace was free breakfast was adequate enough but the pancake machine was not working well and was burning the cakes due to something not moving correctly.

I love the suites when meetng friends. The free breakfast and the ability to cook in the room instead of going out. The furnishings in the kitchen. It should have had at least a place setting for four. Very few utensils. The water in the bathroom felt slimy possibly from soft water? Had to be careful while showering, buttom of tub slippery.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy. I could hear units from 3 other rooms. Breakfast was so-so. Food did not seem to be very fresh.

Room was clean, large and comfortable. Breakfast was good, i love the pancake machine.

Have stayed here a couple of times on the way back from Chicago to Canada. Convenient location right off the freeway. The suites have a full kitchenette, rooms are spacious and comfy bed & linens. Great budget stay for a weary traveller!

The staff was very helpful. I wished they would have emptied our waste baskets daily.
