We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed using the fitness center and even used the laundry room in the hotel. Would definitely recommend. N/A

Didn't really spend much time at the property, but everything was good and the daily breakfast was very good.

We went to stay 4 days and 3 nights. At check in we were told rooms get cleaned every 3rd day. We checked in Friday I was expecting our room to be cleaned on Monday. When we checked in and went to the room we noticed a sign in the bathroom that said rooms get cleaned every other day so, I had called front office on Sunday to check if they were going to clean the room they said the rooms get cleaned every third day so I waited till Monday on Monday. My family and I woke up. Got ready to start our day we made sure we cleaned everything off the floor took everything off the tables for when they came to clean our room when we got home from our activity we were expecting to come back to a clean room, but unfortunately, we got back to our room looking the same way mind you it was my husband my four kids, and I so by Sunday our room was already clean by Monday. It was even worse. when I called the front desk and asked why no one had cleaned our room. They said they cleaned them every third day I explained to them it was the third day they done advise me. They did not know why no one cleaned the room. I asked if someone could come clean it they said no no one was available anymore. I said well why don’t you guys clean the rooms and the man kept saying they do I let them know no one had clean our room so it seems like they don’t clean room rooms. I had advised him I called o

The room was clean, they come to clean every 3rd day, my 3rd day happened to be Sunday when there is no cleaning service so I only had 1 cleaning for the 5 nights I stayed.

Great place

2nd stay here. Was pleased the first time despite a broken glass patio door I discovered on arrival. Did not affect stay. Room was clean and well stocked. Location, amenities and staff were great. Will return for future trips.

Can’t turn fan on AC to run constantly. Sort of inconvenient when neighbors are out on their patio visiting until 2 am. Called front desk. They were sorry they didn’t have a box fan to block the sound. New charge for parking in their lot. However, they aren’t responsible for any theft or damage.

The patio/balcony and lounge areas Not as clean. Found dust clumps, crumbs and the light fixture was damaged and hanging down from socket in the ceiling
