This hotel used to be so nice. It’s now probably comparable to a holiday inn. Our first room stunk.

Our breakfast was very good. We did wish our English muffins were toasted like we asked but its bread and we were very happy with everything else over all. The bathroom needs attention. My shower had mold. One detail missed it the light switch. First at night in order to use without waking the rest of the room is tough. The light switch is on the outside off the bathroom with no dimmer option as everything turns on and off all at once. So either the bath is completely bright all at once or use it in the dark and feel your way through. How unfortunate to not be able to just use the sink lights and such. Otherwise good job Weston.

The people in the room next to us had an emotional melt-down. Shouting followed by tears at midnight. When we tried calling down to the desk to have someone intervene, all we got were recordings to leave a message. Not acceptable at all. In the end I had to knock on their door and ask them to keep it down. Hotel staff/security should be available to handle situations like this. Guests shouldn’t have to. Poorly done. Very disappointed. Will think twice before staying at a Westin again.
