Decent room & bed was comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stay

Noting The room was not clean when we checked in. The towel holder in the bathroom was broken and missing. Outside our room, old toilets were stacked, creating a very unpleasant environment. The air conditioner was making loud noise throughout the night. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was simply asked to adjust instead of being offered a solution or another room. My wife and I were staying at the hotel to attend a wedding. Because of the constant AC noise, we were unable to sleep properly and could not fully enjoy the event. The towels provided were too small to dry off properly or wrap around the body, which was inconvenient. During checkout, the receptionist appeared more focused on playing with her young baby (approximately 6–8 months old) than assisting guests. We did not receive an appropriate response to our concerns. We are requesting a full refund for our stay because the room and service did not match the standards advertised. The room we received was not the same as the one shown on the Booking.com website. Instead, we were given what appeared to be a different, lower-standard service room. Experiences like this reflect poorly on Booking.com and reduce customers' confidence in the properties listed on the platform. We hope our complaint will be taken seriously, and we request a full refund for the amount charged.

The check in was fine. There were cigarette burns on the bedding and bed frame. There was no where to hang up clothing. The filter on the air conditioner/heating unit was dirty. The outside doors need to be cleaned.

Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. It is on a main road so if your a light sleeper be prepared for a lot of semis and road noise. It’s not fancy but it’s a place to sleep if traveling.

The floors were filthy with dust and dirt. When I asked if they could vacuum, the staff member said “no vacuum.” I think that meant they didn’t have one. The bathtub had dead roaches. The refrigerator was filled with dead roaches. That is when I decided to book another hotel at 11 PM. I went to the office to try to get a refund, to which they said they can’t but they tried to offer me another room, which I declined because it seemed every room had similar conditions. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and customer service.

The motel in edison was clean very proper and family friendly.

Property is run down.Room is not cleaned properly.Garbage all over the place.Bed linen has stains and holes.

A man's underpants was under the sink No place to hang clothes. No chair in room. Generally under equipped. Low price was too high for the way the room was Best I can say is that the A/C worked and the water was hot
