I was only there for a few hours but th4 gentleman at the desk checked was professional and courteous checking me in.

The room was very clean staff was great BUT the street that runs infront is not good the gas station though this is not hotels fault it is part of the stay the gas station i guess has cars park and one was playing music sooooooo loud it should be illegal and the road at night sounds like a race track and if people are walkn talkn outside you can hear it all point is the place is worth the stay but if your going for work and need sleep good luck falln asleep fast the doors have a big space between maybe that allows sound but they need sound silencers thats my complaint was it was loud outside and i was there for work had to fall alseep.

Absolutely horrible property. Everything was filthy. Beds, sheets, room, bathroom, bugs on the beds, floors all were filthy. Bathtub won't drain and refrigerator didn't cool the things and everything was spoiled. TV was blacking out for every 30 seconds, so I need refund on this one. Very, very unpleasant stay.

the water from the sink was brown for a few seconds and then it gotten clear. not sure if it comes from old pipes or data centers.

Perfect room for a short stay. We had a concert to go to next town over and we got this room last minute for a great price! Clean room, comfy bed, proper shower curtains, and west facing room for those who like it dark in the morning! Plenty happy!

As an out-of-town traveler, I relied on the information provided through the booking platform to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I felt deceived by the presentation of the hotel, and I did not feel comfortable proceeding with my stay. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that Hotels.com has not been supportive in resolving the issue or providing a refund, despite the fact that the property did not meet the reasonable expectations established by its listing. Customers should be able to trust that ratings, photos, and descriptions accurately represent the accommodations they are booking. I strongly encourage prospective guests to do additional research before booking. In my opinion, the online rating does not accurately reflect the experience I had when I arrived. Greater transparency from both the property and the booking platform would help travelers make better-informed decisions and avoid similar disappointments.

This hotel is close to highway and easy to access. It’s clean and has everything needed. The check-in process was fast and its price was reasonable.
