The toilet wasn't clean at all , my personal towels was missing, the sheets had a brown stain in them and the TV wasn't working whatsoever

The Air conditioner doesn’t work it was a bad place I can never go there again

The room lacks proper maintenance, rugs were stained, towel rack falling, old funiture, ac was noisy, window locks broken, all the online reviews reflect otherwise.

Blood spatter on the room’s ceiling, strange stains on the walls and furniture. People smoking pot on balcony outside room. Did not feel like a safe environment. Large bug in room. Bathroom door didn’t close. Office was in shambles. Old. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked and rental car wasn’t meddled with overnight.

Super helpful staff and quiet place to sleep

Close to UCO. Staff was very friendly and the room was quite pleasant.

There was an error in assigning a room that was already occupied; fortunately, they accepted the cancellation without charge and approved the refund.

To be honest the place is starting to show it's age just a little bit, but it is located in a very convenient location and the owners and staff are very nice and helpful. It's nice to know there's a place to go where staff is not rude in a knowledgeable. If I needed to I would definitely stay again.

Price is great but you get what you pay for. One night an angry man kept trying to get into the room next to me where it must have been a girl that did not want anything to do with him. So he beat on the door thru out the night. Some poor people with families live upstairs for weeks or months at a time. So great price but not sure it is worth the savings. Better to pay $30 or more each night to get something better.

Great and friendly staff. Room was large and very clean. Can't beat the price for the stay. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

It was clean and quaint

You get why you pay for. Best way I can describe the place is trash. I decide to sleep in my truck instead of sleeping in my room.
