There were ants in both of my rooms on the first floor and second floor. The front staff person was rude and abrupt. Verbally blamed the presence on l on mg term guests. She interrupted anything I wanted to say and no eye contact. Hire some professional people. First and last stay at Home2Home.

We will definitely visit again!

Breakfast was good. The pool area was clean, but the water didn't seem filtered that well, particles floating around. The outside of facility there are lots of cigarette butts on the ground in non designated smoking arenas. The designated smoking area is right next to the handicap parking which seems insensitive to people that may have health issues. While I was there in the pool area a set of people were grilling outside with the door propped open in over 100° temps, between their grill smoke and cigarette smoke coming into the pool area, it made it unpleasant and I was surprised the detectors didn't go off for the hotel. I have a child with special needs that doesn't get full lung capacity so this was also a major health concern for her. The room itself was very spacious and great for families. The bed was not that comfortable though. But over all the hotel on the inside was clean.

Nice property. The room was large with a bed, desk, couch and kitchenette. Breakfast was so-so. Staff was nice. air/heater was a bit of a challenge.

Upon check-in, the entire system was down. We got checked in and put in a room. When we got to the room it was occupied already. We went back downstairs to get a new room. After getting to the new room, we could feel it was warm in the room. We turned down the temperature and went to get dinner. When we got back it was still warm. We went back to the front desk and got a new room. This room was finally cool. The problem with this room, was the door had the loudest creak. I felt so bad for everyone else in that hall, because we were moving all our stuff from room to room at 930pm. On top of that, the floor 3 and 4 air conditioning for the hallways was out and made the hallway hot. The ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were broken and the first was always empty. Luckily we found the 4th floor ice machine working and had ice. Needless to say we won't be coming back to this location again.

Always stay at this hotel when I am traveling through Oklahoma. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderful. Great hotel for pets.

I loved everything about this hotel. However the one thing that stands out is, we had arrieved very late at check in due to leaving our prior hotel due to horrible staff and bad room conditions. When we arrived at Home 2 Suites was probably close to 11PM and the front desk was asked about the fold out couch in the room for our boys, he was very prompt in answering our questions and after checking in we started to the elevator. The man at the front desk ran us down to give our boys extra blankets and sheets for the fold out couch. Very considerate and was the start to a lovely stay.

Clean, everything functioned well (iron, blow dry, etc.). Breakfast not huge, but good.

Pool looked like it could have used a good cleaning... but other than that it was great. Very good breakfast too. Would have been nice to have coffee available 24/7 as we had to leave for an early flight. Also nobody was working the desk at 4:45 am so checking out didn't really happen.

Beds were great. It was clean. It was the perfect location for what I needed. Nice employees to me. BUT,,,,,,,,The Home 2 in Conway had a warmer breakfast- same processed foods but mostly hot - and the oatmeal wasn't so watery as in Edmond. Breakfast, HUMMMM. Not so good. Looked frozen round and flat eggs (they were so so). The oatmeal was basically tan water. Noting was hot - barely warm. I went somewhere else for be breakfast Sunday morning. There needs to be more choices of eating locations besides Chic-Fil-A (I love it) since it was packed to the bream with cars and people and no place to park. My sister and husband had a reservation and they gave the room to someone else.

It was clean and nice. The refrigerator in the room was big.

Everything was perfect!

The room was clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner worked great in the room. The fitness room was good with decent equipment. The breakfast was okay, but needed more options.

The facility was clean. Staff were friendly. When our microwave didn't work, staff replaced it with the employee microwave. The laundry feature with app made it easy to stay on top of our laundry for the week. I was able to communicate with the vendor that equipment wasn't working properly. It was nice that breakfast had daily staples but the pastry would change. Conveniently located to the highway and grocery store. Loved the travel board outside the elevator. We checked out a few places thanks to other visitors recommendation. The beds were comfortable, the air-conditioner worked great. The only drawback is that I wish the kitchen had a cook top. Will definitely stay again if we travel back that way.

Great location. Room was clean.

Had a foul stale odour

Liked bedroom area. Bathroom fan in ceiling wasn't working properly. It would run at random without switch being turned on. Sounded like fan blades were not turning. Did advise reception and let them listen to fan noise

The hotel was clean but the pool was not available. It had a sign that it was temporarily closed and would be open in a couple of hours, but it was never open and the sign stayed on the door during our entire stay. The breakfast was not very good either. Very limited options. It was, however, a nice quiet hotel.
