Very good

Low quality property not maintained very well. Breakfast was very poor, both in selection and quality. Coffee was only available during breakfast, and was really weak, basically brown water. The location was very excellent, good parking, and friendly helpful staff. Room was very small. Below average property priced like above average property. Will jot stay at the property again of there are any other options.

The front desk clerk was amazing! He was empathetic, helpful, and explained everything. He even had plastic utensils when the Door Dash people forgot them. He remembered things that I told him at check in when we were downstairs later. Excellent customer service! The room was clean, well stocked and the tub was great! I was having surgery early the next morning and the jets were the most comforting thing I have encountered in 2 weeks for my body pain. The pool is a little small, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for this trip. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were too small, making it difficult to find a comfortable position. We did not sleep well. We could not find a light in the living room area and there was not a plug in on both sides of the bed.

The rooms were very clean, staff was helpful, and breakfast was great! The pool was kind of small but still nice.

I liked the location for what we needed. We felt safe. They only gave us 3 pillows per bed with 5 people staying in this room. When I called for extra pillows, they offered me 1. The pillows in the room were small and dense, not fluffy or comfortable. There was a leak in the ceiling in the lobby and a lack of options for the breakfast buffet.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was undergoing improvements but would have been nice to be informed. We got to our room, opened the curtains and the only thing you could see was painters plastic covering the window. Kudos for improving the property but travelers should know this before booking.

I got in late. They had my key ready, showed my ID, and on my way. That’s how it should be nowadays. Breakfast was terrific! Staff were awesome! America!

The curtains were yellowed and torn in our room. We did not receive clean towels when we called and requested them. The pool was smaller than some hot tubs. Very disappointing as the weather was very hot and humid. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was good, but was not advise of Monday's breakfast times (change from Saturday & Sunday).

So mostly it was a great stay except the pool smelled a little like mildew. The Jacuzzi tub in our first room was broken in the fact the cold water was not working. But General Manager was very happy to help us and move us to another room. Other than that everything else was great.
