AC was strong. Great WIFI connection. Beds very comfortable. Rooms were spacious with plenty of cabinet space. Friendly and accommodating staff. Tours (A and C) partnered with the hotel were directly accessible via the beach on property. I wish the beach on the property was swimmable. The pool was small. The room had no chairs to sit when we ordered room service. Food was too westernized but delicious.

Excellent staff. I celebrated my birthday and they organized a cake and decorations as well a gift. They are very accommodating and friendly. The location and the place itself is beautiful Spa massage is one of the best.

We loved how kind and attentive the staff was. The property was beautiful and very clean. It's been awhile since a resort stood out to us like this. We definitely will be back and recommending this to others. Everything was exceptional! We were very impressed.

The location was great. We stayed in unit 1, beach front bungalow. Perfect! Staff and service were amazing! Food was delicious. Nothing! It was great. Highly recommend!

The location is amazing - right on the beach . Lovely bungalow full Aircon full size fridge . Great restaurant on site try the spicy tuna and the fish tacos . No duvet . I like to be cold but snuggly .

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and has everything we needed! The location was great, you could walk on the beach to some nice restaurants nearby and it was only a 5 min drive from el nido beach as well as really close to the airport. The hotel was great at organizing our transportation for our stay! The staff were very friendly as well. There were some small details that were lacking in service, for example we had breakfast delivered to our room which was great then we left for the whole day (8hrs) and came back and the dirty dishes were still on our terrace, when they did come clean up they left our dirty coffee mugs from the room instead of replacing them. Not a huge issue but just something other hotels we stayed at were attentive of. In addition, we had dinner at the restaurant one night and waited 1hr for the food to arrive. The owner/manager was there and didn't notice most tables looked tired and were waiting for so long which was strange. The food was ok when it got there so we preferred eating outside of the hotel for our other meals. We still enjoyed our stay and were happy with the facilities and location!

The room was a big. The balcony was nice. Shower and faucets water smell very bad. People smoked near our cabin. We couldn’t enjoy at the beautiful balcony because of smoking smell. Every morning, we found bats poos in the balcony and we had to ask a housekeeper to clean it. The breakfast menu doesn’t have much variety. They had only instant coffee.

The "second bed" I wouldn't consider a bed for children. It was more of a siting area.

Breakfast choices were limited but delicious! Spacious and comfortable rooms. Beautiful garden and small but nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous ocean views from the restaurant area. Quiet location away from the crowds but still close enough to walk to El Nido. Tours start right at the beach. The first room did not have a window and was not very private so we had to close the blinds and therefore it was too dark. But we could change into a better bungalow for the rest of the stay. The beach is very small and not suitable for swimming and sunbathing.

The location was quiet and restful. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. The outdoor space off the bungalow is great for rainy days. The staff was friendly. The locking mechanism on the door to our bungalow was a challenge to lock every time. Sometimes it took several minutes to lock the door. The toilet seats are too small so you sit part on the plastic seat/ part on ceramic bowl.

The rooms and food are excellent. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The pool and location aren’t very good. While the view is nice there is no beach really. During the day the tide is all the way up to the restaurant. And when the tide goes down in the evening the seas leaves the scant beach covered in garbage. The location is too close to town so it’s nice an area to walk around.
