Excellent views. Luxurious facilities and high quality food. The staff are super friendly and very easy to get a hold of via phone or WhatsApp. Would definitely stay here again in the future! N/A

Really enjoyed the view and the staff I liked it

Addressing the frequent having to walk up a steep hill, we found the staff very helpful in this regard the was an intercom at the bottom of the hill which they would take us up for no charge, or their free shuttle from town drops straight to our room - therefore we only had to walk up once or twice. Would definitely recommend a stay here, the location is very well situated and we had a very relaxing stay. N/A

Decent stay. Palawan is pricey considering the cost of things in the Philippines generally. Not super impressed.

Karuna El Nido Villas provides a very big and comfortable villa with all needed amenities. We drove from Puerto Princesa and it was great to have an on-site parking. The service at the Karuna El Nido Villas were great. The staff was very helpful and caring providing a schedule shuttle to El Nido downtown. The breakfast is a la carte with a lot of great options. The view from the villa is great and it was very quiet. Highly recommend it. Nothing to complain.

Joglo 5 room with huge deck and views. Pool area. Stunning property overall! Lots of hills and stairs, but we needed the exercise!

It has amazing view both from the room and the pool. There were almost no other guests. We felt like it's private. Friendly workers. The room is good, shower also good. Room has a bathtub. They provide travel kit such as toothbrush and water dispenser. Breakfast had many options. In the early morning it's super loud. There's a roaster starts screaming from the 4am and local vendor is selling something just down street with extremely loud speaker. The worst is this sounds is on loop forever which makes hard to sleep. Food wasn't the best. Prices were okey. Shuttle isn't every hour.

Nothing, I was placed in a room called the shell ? made by plastic rather bizarre. The view was magnificent but that was all. Walls dirty you will see in photos, night time to lights to get up to the room completely dark and dangerous, the office can only turn AC of after 10 AM and at dark they also turn AC off so office is an oven. The restaurant bar the food is horrible we order 2 pastas not sure which one was worst a couple from Arkansas asked for the stake all stayed in the plate. Restaurant at 8 pm said we had no ice we could wait 20 minutes to have a cold beer ? could drink wine no ice for the ice bucket. I had a medical emergency the city has no eye doctors and only a very limited small clinic. The people are very very nice but far prepared to help foreigners. Lots of BS rules but yet they serve drinks inside the pool food inside the pool and on my check out date which was before the total dates where they said early departure not refundable we were treated like you need to leave the room now as if we were thief’s to steal any of the garbage that they have there. Towels are small and far from white The floor dirty, the toilet with stains. Rather insulting when they take 6000 as a security deposit lol. 2 days was plenty enough I was sick and they couldn’t care less but to care of no refunds.we went back to Manila to the Makati Diamond residence which is highly recommended. We liked nothing ! This hotel is good for young people that don’t mind climb a stiff mountain on 95 summer. That don’t care about not having drinking water in the property not even to brush your teeth as they advise you not ? They don’t give you a bottle water like most hotels do but a container with a water that God knows if you can trust. Definitely not recommended for older people and people that expects the basic standards. I am shocked by the reviews I went by but this was the worst hotel I stayed in years I am on a 33 days trip in Asia and this was the 6th hotel in line and the worst.

Complimentary continental breakfast was excellent! My guests and I looked forward to it each morning. Honestly, all of the food at Karuna's restaurant was delicious; we had dinner twice there during our stay, and we were never disappointed. Best pina colada ever, it's a must try! Our room was spacious, clean, and perfect for 3 people; we had 2 beds, 2 showers, and a massive balcony that directly faced the sunset (amazing views!). The pool also offers amazing views and is a perfect place to unwind after a long beach/boat day. The staff tended to our every need and was always very friendly. My guests and I each enjoyed Swedish massages at Karuna's spa which were excellent and incredibly relaxing. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel, I absolutely will recommend it to my family/friends and would definitely stay here again. There was an unpleasant smell in and around my room in the late afternoon to early evening - this was likely sewage-related. Thankfully, it'd be gone or improved by bedtime.

Amazing sunset and sunrise views. Secluded and well maintained. Unique villas . Need to get picked up at bottom of property if you didn’t use their shuttle. Not a big deal as they offer free shuttle pickup but a minor inconvenience . Lots of stairs and inclines.

Very noisy; the room should be soundproof; I wasn't able to sleep due to traffic noise during the night

If in town, I would recommend getting a trike back to Karuna because the free shuttle offered fills up and there may not be room. Contacting a staff member by phone from your room can be a little difficult.

We traveled with our family, and both the kids and us enjoyed our stay. The staff was gracious and very helpful. Our room was wonderful, and the view was excellent. The location is not central to the city, but shuttle buses run every hour, which was very helpful. The food was decent, not great. We only had one meal there apart from breakfast.

I liked a lot the rooms, the location, the swimming pool, it's probably one the best places to stay at El Nido. Breakfast was included but, at least for me, it's not enough quantity. There is not buffet, you have to chose from the different options available. The air AC in the room is super noisy.
