To sum up, I really liked the place. It was comfortable and worth the price. The manager was very nice, and our van transfer from PPS to El Nido was arranged smoothly.

The room that they gave us is not the same as the room that we booked, room is so small, ceiling is dirty and you need to pay for house keeping and the price is not worth it!!!.... We are so disappointed and it is Not recommended for long stay, just book near in the town which is so many good hotels near in the beach. Anyway we transfer to other hotel in town near in the beach its more cheaper and the room is tripled the size.

The staff was very nice. It was in a good location, not downtown, but just off POPs area, very near the beach. The little window I did have seemed to look out over an active construction site. Oh, did I mention that was my bathroom window?

No water! Everywhere else in hotels where we talked to people on el Nido they had water and no problems. I didn’t have water in the bathroom for 6 nights! Trying to reach the manager is not possible, the manager won’t answer on calls and texts neither showing up at the hotel. No solution for the water problem and no refunds. My next step is canceling the the payments from my credit card.

Nice little place away from the bustle of downtown, but close enough. 10 minute tricycle ride to center of town. Coffee shop on premises. The lobby is outside next to the main road and it is very loud sometimes.

All the staff are nice and helpful. The wifi is fast. A decent Inn offering nice view of the sea. Perfect location in everything that you need for a vacation stay. Water that comes out in the shower and sink are dirty and smelly. Had a diarrhea on our last day of stay (not sure if its the cause of that). Tiny, box type AC is not enough to cool the room. Walls are not made out of concrete. Knobs are broken. No TV as advertised. Breakfast is basic.

There were small ants crawling on the wall and a giant cockroach crawled out of the mattress. Bathroom is dirty and it is a construction site for the view. Wouldn’t stay there.

Fresh breakfast and yummy, but not that much choices of different breakfast. That we had a blackout, but that’s not the fault of the hotel
