The location

Water and kitchen 3 nice rooms Kids do not get free breakfast so we were surprised to get a bill. That was not clear in the booking

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff could not have been friendlier. The product was also in excellent condition and well laid out. Will return on our next visit to El Nido.

The property and staff were all perfect!

We were 7 adults and 4 kids ages 3-11, and this property was ideal for us. We fit into 2 double story villas, with additional payment for 1 kid. We had free breakfast for all but the 2 youngest kids. The property accommodated our requests even the last minute ones. The staff were very helpful, shoutout to Judy who helped us book Tour A, Snake Island Tour and Airport Van transfers. We were also grateful to be allowed to stay in 1 villa before the check-in time because we had tired and unruly kids with us. We truly appreciate your understanding. We also loved the pool in each villa, our kids were in the water all the time and they had a great time! The kitchen is fully functional complete with kitchen tools and utensils, you can prep food as preferred. We highly recommend this property for big groups with kids. The staff at Chabacano Restaurant (Panorama's sister company) was not accommodating. We ate our breakfast on arrival there at the reco of the Panorama Staff, spent a fortune on their overpriced very average tasting meals but we got reprimanded for staying there while waiting for our villa to be ready. If you plan to eat - NEVER eat here. Bring your money elsewhere for better food, better treatment and value for money.

After some days, they was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom and stinking the whole place and we told staff about it and they immediately fixed it and didn't experience that smell again.

Value more the resort

The staff was warm and welcoming. It was my daughters bday and they brought her a bday cake. It was also Mother's day and they gave all the moms fresh baked cookies. The air-conditioning on the top bedroom was not working properly. They brought me a fan to help cool down the room. The wifi kept going out. 3 times during my 3 night stay I had issues with the internet. The last night the top bedroom (which I stayed in) the water just quit working. My guest did a #2 around 5am and couldn't flush the toilet. She went to the pool and filled up a large pot several times to flush the toilet manually.

Its pricing is way overpriced compared with other places we stayed in the trip. Nothing standout specifically. I won’t recommend it .

Very nice villa, super helpful staff

The Villa was absolutely fantastic. Amazing aesthetic and vibes going on. From the moment of booking, the property and staff has been really responsive in accommodating us and our requests. They helped us arrange airport transfers, booking island tours, and house keeping. Property has a very fast and reliable wifi. There was an ongoing construction right next to the property which wasn't really a problem because we were out during the day time but the property still offered us a complimentary massage for the inconvenience. Every now and then, the power would disappear, especially at night. It wouldn't go out for more than a minute, but it was still annoying at time when you are watching TV or browsing through the internet.

Amazing Villa, kids loved the small private pool. Breakfast delivered each morning was delicious and the attached restaurant was also great for dinner and drinks! Laundry service on-site fast and affordable. Short/cheap TukTuk ride into town proper for shopping/tours/restaurants Prices at the associated Beach Club were more than expected but the view/location was outstanding.

Everything Nothing

Surround the property there is no minimarkets

- looks really premium but very homey - no molds in the bathroom - almost all we need are there - place is clean - necessary kitchen utensils are provided - well designed and beautiful villa - love the bathroom flooring - outdoor access to the shower - love the his and hers sink - air-conditioner leaks on our last day - no coffee and tea available as complementary - reception staff is always out of sight; there were several calls we made to the reception but were unanswered; forced to go down the office - tile pool in our villa are a bit moldy and water is itchy - food options in the restaurant (specially for breakfast are limited) - there were so many pesky mosquitoes in the kitchen and dining area

Excellent property, excellent staffs and services. They can help you with literally anything and everything. Very easy to talk to and plan itineraries with. The breakfast is not the best but they have restaurant in property you can check out. This facility is very great travelling with partner and friends as you have your own pool. Breakfast can be better with more options
