Its location. Vibe. Internet Speed. The staff. ☺️ None.

awesome hostel. Great common area view. Shared bedrooms had good privacy and good AC. Friendly staff and great vibes No complaints about the hostel. El nido is a very touristy town now but still beautiful

Bed is spacious and comfortable, it has sliding door in every bed. Free coffee and water , best hostel I’ve stayed so far. Highly recommend

Showers were clean and tidy

The location was perfect! It was really near the "happenings". A lot of restaurants, cafes and bars are just walking distance and the tours and activity jump off point or meeting points are very near! Would definitely recommend it if you're planning to do the famous island hopping tours and any water activities. The shower room on the second room seems old but they're still working. I'd prefer the restroom on the first floor (front desk area). Aside from that, there isn't really anything negative about the place. It was just what I expected for a hostel.

Only the fan was a bit noisy but it was alright if you sleep with earplugs.

The staff was great I didn’t know but it’s own by an Israeli, that’s maybe why there where many of them, I could hear them bragging about killing people and occupying land they think belongs to them and also how they are the chosen and everyone else on earth is here to in some degree serving them. They made me feel uncomfortable and it was sad and scary to see how brainwashed they are.

The staff at this hostel truly make it a special place, not just for me, but for everyone who stays here. From the moment I checked in, everything was excellent. The dorms were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and everything worked perfectly throughout my stay. James, Joseph, Celestine, Mariel and Ellen The restaurant has a small menu, but there are always great options to choose from. Raymond, Jhaz, and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great experience for any world traveler.

Location and bathroom was always maintained well! Staff are very accommodating with the questions and assisted me with my requests. You have to give them a raise. ☺️ Although it’s not a party hostel. I hoped there was more effort to introducing the tenants with each other especially on the weekends but I can understand if people are going to other places like the clubs. Maybe shift the activities to the morning instead during breakfast ?

It’s clean, the beds were so comfortable and you had privacy in your own cubicle loved it. Staff were so helpful with booking transportation and answering questions

It did not like the different Wi-fi networks needed for different floors. Had a really good stay here—the location is right in the middle of everything, so you’re never far from the action. The two-bedroom dorm setup worked perfectly and felt more comfortable than expected. Celeste was awesome and made the experience even better with her energy and help. Definitely a lively and well-run hostel.

Lovely staff, good showers and nice common area, amazing location and the restaurant is so good, cleaning lady walks around constantly to make sure everything is clean Even tho the cleaning lady did so much it was still so full of sand (makes sense for it’s a beach area) and the beds weren’t very comfortable
