I had a wonderful stay at Lio Villas Resort from June 13–14, 2026. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality. They were very polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The resort itself is beautiful, blending native Filipino craftsmanship with luxurious comfort. The peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained surroundings, and charming design truly reflect the beauty of El Nido. Every corner of the resort showcases elegance while preserving a natural and authentic island feel. Thank you to the entire team of Lio Villas Resort for making our short stay memorable. Your excellent service and genuine care for your guests are truly appreciated. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting El Nido who is looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lio Villas in El Nido, Palawan. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The property itself is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully cared for. You can really see the attention to detail in every corner, making our stay both comfortable and relaxing. Thank you to the entire Lio Villas team for your outstanding hospitality. We truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to staying with you again on our next visit to El Nido. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay! Very accessible to all and very clean place and cordial staff

Jonas and all of the staff are very helpful, kind, and communicate promptly through WhatsApp. The AC can make the room cold! The WiFi is very strong and we were able to binge Netflix even through a city-wide power outage thanks to on-site generators. The spa services, specifically the “coffee and coconut scrub,” were very relaxing after the island-hopping tour. Moreover, Jonas is able to schedule you tours on-site and is even kind enough to provide transportation. We were offered free use of the scooters as well but didn’t feel confident driving on the roads. Lastly, each breakfast and dinner item we had during our stay was very delicious, and so we decided to eat there instead of in the city. I plan to come back eventually to do the other island tours, and would be more than thrilled to choose our cozy villa again! The mosquitoes are quite prevalent, especially in the morning, but we utilized bug bracelets which were a little helpful. Moreover, if you do plan on utilizing a scooter, just be aware that the pathway (and most of the city) leading up to the entrance to Inigtan can get quite muddy. However, our on-site vehicle transport and tuk-tuk were able to navigate that for us during our stay.

food and accommodating staff we dont like 2nd level room - very steep stairs. broken tv. heater not working well. parking is not yet finished. rough road going to the establishment. booking.com map is not accurate.

THE STAFF IS GREAT! I really appreciate that they reached out to confirm our ETA and they warmly welcomed us when we arrived. They were very very accommodating throughout our entire stay. They even helped us out when we had a little mishap in town. The breakfast options are a bit limited but it isn't really an issue considering that the resort isn't huge AND the food is pretty good. They even packed us some snacks for our island tour and our trip to Puerto Princesa! Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Road out to the resort is a bit tore upnand bumpy but not really a big deal to us. Takes about 15-20,minutes to get to town but worth it for the peace and guite.

The rooms are nice, very clean and comfortable. The food is amazing. Definitely a must try!

Accommodating with moving the breakfast earlier than their start time The room we stayed in was very damp and smelly. The beds were quite hard. Overall room was quite old and needs to be upgraded. The pillows smelled and the whole bedding felt damp. The bathroom was quite old. The worst thing was the front entrance where it was just a lake out there that it was impossible to not get your shoes wet trying to get in or out of the premises. They advertise having a shuttle to the airport - we were okay go pay extra but they were trying to charge us 1000 pesos for a 5 mins ride to the airport for the four of us. Walls were also very thin that you can hear the frogs croaking loudly (I didn’t mind but there were other guests that struggled with this)

This property is best for people who want to rest quietly after a full day of activities. Food is great. Definitely great value for money. Staff were very attentive and accommodating. The road leading to the property needs improvement. Good thing the trip will be worth it once you get to the property.

Free breakfast was awesome. Staff was very kind, accomodating, professional & friendly. The resort had helped us with tricycle transfers to the main town as well as to other areas, ie Lio Beach which was only 10 min away. The tricycle fares were quite expensive particularly since 2 of us were seniors & the distance was not that far. It rained a lot & there is a big puddle in the front of the main gate entrance. This needs to be remedied ASAP. Also, the hotel said it would help us with the El Nido Tours. They did but the quality was substandard. The food supplied by the boat tour was not at enticing.

breakfast room was not worth for money

Staff were friendly ? the good point in the Villas.. Cold shower, toilet seat broken, dirty surroundings, the eating area is very dusty as work was going on whilst no other space where to eat food. Dilapidated shalleys eaten by termites yet expensive.. WiFi connection is poor. Cannot watch TV programs with joy.

The room was very spacious, pleasant and nicely styled. The pool and setting was very nice. Because it was out of town, the setting was quiet and a bit rural, away from noise of town. Staff were helpful and attentive. The location was not within walking distance of either El Nido or Lio Beach, and the access road was quite rough. We managed fine with Tuk Tuk and a motorbike and staff were always happy to help organise this. We felt the room was somewhat expensive for the location and facilities
-
Very friendly staff, went above and beyond to make you comfortable. Quiet pool area.

We loved our stay at Inigtan, we booked a villa for 2 nights and it was just what we needed! Natural retreat, with a bit of glamping vibe, they can lend you scooters for free as well as a pickup/dropoff to the airport They helped us book massages to our room, tours with a very good tour operator and the hospitality was on point! Pretty good food, however menu is limited to availability Well for sure come back to this little piece of paradise! Pd: Bathtub outside was a blessing, go with insect repellent as you will be in the middle of the jungle

Villa concept is nice Nice nature Very peaceful Villa layout can be done in a smarter way. Not too much space to put our suitcases I wasn’t informed that I had to pay an extra fee for late checkout and was only informed as I was leaving Too many mosquitos

The lock on the sliding door was flimsy, insecure and a knuckle buster. Hotel is on dirt road so dusty when dry and muddy when raining.
