Overall, the experience was really good. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch, it immediately made me feel relaxed. The room and the bed were both comfortable, and everything was clean. It was also very quiet, so we were able to sleep really well. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thanks. Here are a few areas that need improvement. We checked out on July 7, but the security deposit has still not been credited back to my account. I hope the hotel can check and resolve this as soon as possible. We also noticed that the area underneath the couches in the lobby was visibly dirty. Since the couches are a focal point of the lobby, it gave us the impression that only the visible surfaces were being cleaned while the areas underneath were being overlooked. The price of the hotel breakfast also seemed unreasonable, so we decided to have breakfast somewhere else. We found a place with an amazing view and many options to choose from, and the total cost was still less than the breakfast offered at Charlie’s.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful even with our very late check-in. The location is a little far from the beach.

The rice gave all 4 of us food poisoning. As that is the only thing all 4 of us ate the same. They held us up for over 15 min to check out to see if we stolen anything from the room. Does it look like I need to take a towel or tv remote? Would not stay again.

The breakfast is very good. There's wide variety of selection and served hot. Staff are polite and always ready to help. The hotel is generally clean. There's a drinking water dispenser in each level of the hotel. I suggest to take this out and instead provide for a sealed bottled water upon guest's request to ensure water quality. We had stomach upset during our stay which maybe attributed to contaminated drinking water taken from the dispenser.

Location was quiet, friendly staff Periodic sewer smell in the room and through out the grounds, i.e. the pool area, closet small small and hard to access. We didn't enjoy the restaurant. With the exception of the pizza, all our other meals were over cooked and/or oliy

Close to Lio beach which was good but the shuttles are very infrequent. The scenery was pretty. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy, free, and convenient. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Since it wasn't really close to anything, we found ourselves eating at the Charlie's restaurant A LOT which was not great because their menu seems extensive but only a few things were actually good. We asked for toilet paper 6 times one day and they kept saying they would send it to our room and never sent it so we ended up having to go to the bathrooms by the restaurant and taking a roll from there. When the AC was on, it leaked so much that we had to put towels underneath it otherwise there would be HUGE puddles on the floor. The shower was always cold, no matter what you did it would be cold and then for 1 minute be burning hot, then right back to cold.

It is conveniently located 10 mins from the airport and Lio Estate. Lio estate has a nice manicured beach, that can be accessed thru free shuttle service. It’s in quiet part of El Nido. There was knocking on the room beside mine at an ungodly hour which made me jolt out of bed since I thought somebody was knocking on mine.

Well maintained, had everything we needed. So conveniently close to the airport, beach and town. Shuttle service was great. This was our second stay in 2 1/2 years! The chickens from the neighbouring property were quite loud most of the day. My daughter asked for a room transfer to avoid it and the staff responded promptly.

Nothing The room smells like mildew. Air Conditioners needs to be cleaned or replaced.

They greet you with a delicious welcome drink made with mint and fruits, yum! The staff were very accomodating when we asked for laundry to be returned within 24 hours. The free shuttle to the Lio Beach was also nice, and the restaurant had a nice selection of foods. The pool was nice for a quick refreshing dip. The fitness center had a nice selection of fairly new clean equipment. There was a New Years Eve party that was so loud and went on until 12:30am when we were trying to sleep right above the party location. It would have been nice if they had more space but with limited space i guess we were just unlucky to be early to bed people. I assume most parties will be held by the pool. The hotel did not allow for charging meals to the room, so we had to be bothered after every meal with paying by credit card or cash, and it was not an easy final check out bill like most hotels. If you forget to pay for a drink they come to your room for payment. Not the most relaxing vibe.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming Communication was not great regarding reservations and room type.

Close to town and airport, clean, pool is just outside the room The airport pickup was not there when we arrived. I had to call the front desk and asked to be picked up

All the staff did an excellent job. Shower in the Standard room are not enclosed causing water to splash on the floor outside the Shower cubr making it messy.

Modern style, Pool was nice, Rooms were good. The dining area, buffet and menus. A lot of options in the menu weren't available and for 3nights and 4days it's frustrating specially the restaurants are far from this hotel. Taste of the foods need improving as well. Espresso machine was down all week. No Elevator.

The attendant named Bob was better than excellent if I were to return it would be because of his outstanding service I watched him working and I saw his attention to detail with each and every customer I can tell you that that man deserves a higher position within your establishment with an increased salary he is above average much above average I am a business owner and I can tell you that a company is only as good as it's people you should not overlook this young man
