Balai Adlao Hotel is a fantastic base for exploring El Nido. The location is excellent on Lio Beach, just steps from restaurants and within walking distance of the airport. There’s a convenient motorcycle rental right outside the hotel, which allowed us to easily visit nearby spots like Corong Corong Beach, Nacpan Beach, and Duli Beach. Comfortable, central, and super convenient for getting around—highly recommend for anyone visiting El Nido!

This was the best hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. From the super friendly and helpful staff, to the location, amenities, cleanliness. From the moment you go there the staff will welcome you in a very heartwarming way. The beach which is 1min walk from the hotel is one of the most beautiful and peaceful ones. Nothing, it was impeccable.

Disappointed with my hotel room patio experience. Lots of small biting bugs that managed to find their way inside the room and bed, making it hard to sleep peacefully. Hope the hotel can address this issue soon!

The staff were very accommodating when I wasn't well from something we eat or drink. They send a doctor to our room to attend to me. I think it would be better if the restaurant downstairs is open so that we don't have to go to the other hotel for breakfast

The resort didn’t have proper contact number to call to. Tried to call the number registered on the app but it’s not working. Also, it seemed that the bookings made thru the app are last prioritized - we were 4 couples who booked at the hotel. I booked first thru booking.com and the other 3 booked thru their website directly. During check in I was told the hotel is booked hence I was moved to their other hotel.

A bit far from the port but the Lio Beach itself is enough for us to keep staying there. There're a few restaurants in the same area too. The room is clean. Does not have a swimming pool in this hotel, will not recommend it if you have kids. The hotel can arrange airport pickup and that's convenient! The shower will always be big and small water if shower with hot water. The breakfast buffet is served with minimal food, but that's ok.
