I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my recent booking experience for my stay at Seda booked via Booking.com .When searching for accommodation, I explicitly filtered my search for two adults and two children, expecting the results to display rooms capable of sleeping four people. Your system permitted this search criteria, selected the room, and processed my payment for a party of four. However, upon reviewing the booking confirmation details [or: upon arriving at the property], I discovered that the room allocated contains only one King bed and absolutely no bedding or extra beds are provided for the children. I find this booking practice highly misleading and deceptive Additionally we also encountered examples of my wife having to wait while a staff member finished playing a game on his phone. Reception staff that write down transport requirements, just to be asked the same questions again and again 30 seconds later. There is absolutely no attention to any detail. Another point to note is that we hotel is in need to a renovation with mold on the roof and damage in most corridor's.

Everything was amazing! The location, the facilities, the accommodations ! But most importantly the staff were so welcoming and helpful and made our stay much better <3 Given the location and nature around the property, it was a given that bugs would be part of the package. However , this was explained during check in and whenever we needed help with a bug, the staff were ready to help.

The location is amazing, they have free transfer from and to the airport. The staff is so kind and helpful. The pool is amazing, rooms are clean, and restaurant is good as well. The beach is clean and empty, which is amazing!!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. The gentleman who checked us in was very patient and kind. When we requested adjacent rooms, they eagerly accommodated us. We also asked for a specific bed type and a roller bed, and they happily provided it! The facility was spotless and beautifully maintained. There were countless activities indoors at the resort, especially fun for the kids—my nieces and nephew had a wonderful time. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide variety of options. My sister and her kids truly enjoyed it! We felt so happy that our family, who joined us, had such a great time at the resort. Its a little bit far from town.

A true 5 star resort with all the facilities and quality of service. From transportation to and from El Nido town, private beach, great food and drinks, pool, wifi, great rooms, good wifi. The one thing that can be improved is the coffee - no real coffee machines only automatic coffee.
