Good location Rooms are VERY SMALL not good enough for 2 people, also WiFi signal is very weak.

The washroom terribly stings.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is also around town and walking distance to everything Not that I didn't like, but facilities can still be improved.

ella at the counter was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, she was able to help us with everything we needed and solved a booking problem we had. hotel was good for the money and in a good area. beds and pillows are comfy, toilets clean, there are bidets, and toiletries are provided too. irecommended it for the price air conditioning and wifi were not working that well, perhaps the AC’s filter need cleaning, same with the water pressure, we had 3 rooms and in 1 the pressure was not enought to shower

Nothing only location. But hotel small and dirty Very small rooms and internet didn’t work o the tv . Dirty and old never clean our room in 5 day stay had to ask for clean towels daily

The place was clean, and my sleep was really good. The best part about this place is that it’s very close to the beach and everything, including restaurants, shops, and travel agencies. I was happy that I chose a hotel with easy access to everything. I was with my cousin, just the two of us, and we got a queen bed room that was comfortable. I also liked that they had hangers in the room, and if you needed anything like hot water, they could provide you with a thermos. The staff, especially the girl at the front desk (I can’t remember her name), was very nice and friendly. Whenever I asked her a question, she had the information I needed, unlike the other guy, who didn’t seem to know some locations I was asking about ( not big deal though overall okay). I highly recommend Alocasia.

Great location—close to restaurants and the island hopping port! However, it can get quite noisy, especially from early morning street traffic and motors. If you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend booking a room farther from the street. Other than that, it’s a convenient and fun spot!

Stay away warning: The room we were assigned, although smelled like clean upon our arrival, degenerated into an awful sewage (feces kind of) smell in the following hours. This smell originated from the bathroom sewage system. We also found and killed two cockroaches in the bathroom during our time in there. We only spent a few hours in your hostel, the majority of them during rest/nigthime period, but albeit the short time in there, the smell was so intense that got imbued in our clothes after departure. It was a very unpleasant experience. Other factors were also not positive (like the street noise, the small size of the room with beds almost stacked on top of eachother, the stuck door on the shower room, with the door knob almost lose and broken because of the strength required to open/close it, the old and noisy air conditioner system). My worst experience ever in a Booking hotel. Does not even deserve to be listed in here.

The location is great, close to everything. However, the outside of the hotel smells bad like sewer. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggages. Bathroom could smell better.

The bed feels damp, the room is dirty and full of mosquitoes. Poor water pressure. The towels look like they were used to clean the floor. It's very noisy, you can hear everything outside and how the reception staff watching videos on their phones. I left this place after a few hours because it's impossible to live there. I asked the reception staff to help with the tricycle, he said the price 5 times higher. I don't recommend this place

It’s within the town so it’s very accessible to the stores and restaurants Hot shower is intermittent. There is a sudden bad smell going in the room (maybe the drainage or something). Lack some basic necessities like beddings

We love the room, and the place around. Was so close the main street and with so many options of restaurants and local stores. I really had fun in there. have no complains

kind staff good location. Dirty and stinky full of sand room, disgusting sheets, not worth the money even though it’s cheap. Room doesn’t get cleaned every day only if you ask for it and even then it doesn’t help. Sanitary warning, don’t go there!
