Location Not having a lot of stuff in the dining room.

Location was great as its close to town and laundry facilities and shops. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff very friendly and helpful after we said we needed to be relocated to another room away from the utility room. Views from the top of the hotel was lovely. WIFI was strong in our room, but patchy in our other friends' room. Breakfast selection was good and the restaurant offered some delicious meals. They put me in room 507 which was right next to the utility room with a noisy pool pump which gets switched on early in the morning until 10pm at night. The noise from the pump, the bathroom vent, the aircon and the air purifier was too noisy to sleep. Our room also smelled mouldy and the bathroom partitions had a gap where you could see inside - so not good for sharing rooms with friends who value privacy. Our TV wasn't mounted properly on the wall and had to call maintenance, it turns out the last guest stole the media box from the back of the TV.

Location When we got to our room there was an air purifier in the room and the room smelled like something was dead. We asked for a change of room and were told that the manager would have to approve a room change. We asked about the air purifier and were told it was for the “humidity” We were told that they would work on a solution with the manager In the morning. There were about 10 of staying at the hotel , ( couples and none of them had a purifier in their room. We were later told that the previous guest got drunk, and vomited all over the room and the air purifier was put in the room to get rid of the smell. So they basically knew the room smelled and put us in the room knowing it smelled like a decomposed body.. we were at the end room and I’m sure some animal died in the walls.. we had food delivered to our room and the person who delivered the food confirmed the smell of decomposition and said she was going to let the front desk know.. in addition, my husband was sick so he had dinner in the room. Breakfast was included in the stay. When I asked for something to cover my husbands food, I was told that I couldn’t bring breakfast to the room.. I said when I paid for it, it was ok but I can’t bring breakfast back to him because he was sick? I covered it with a napkin and brought it up anyway. We stayed 3 nights. On the last night I asked why no one ever reached out with a solution to the smell In the room I was told that I had a do not disturb sign on the door. My husband was sick in the room and I don’t most of the following day after check in walking by the front desk about a dozen times and the Manager never reached out to me.. I left my phone number with the manager and she emailed me to say she couldn’t get through??? Sorry to make a short story long but bad customer service They want a deposit for an additional room key in addition to the 5000 peso incidental charge. Look for another place to stay and don’t let the photos fool you!!!!

The location Our room (203)which we upgraded facing the cliff face with a tiny balcony (usable) but the constant traffic noise starting around 5.30am Along with the roosters and barking dogs was a nuisance . Breakfast very average. First time I’ve experienced rubber eggs either omelette style or sunny side up. I Think the problem is the lack of heat. Pool area very pretty and appealing but 5 lounges directly in the sun , two table n chairs and that’s it.

Rooms were good size, and very comfortable. Roof top pool was excellent. Breakfast had good variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was really good. Markets and convenience stores nearby. Short walk into the main part of town and port. Easy spot to get tuk tuks from to explore further. No complaints other that the price was a little high, compared to the rest of our Philippines accommodation.

Great location. Beautiful pool and views. Very helpful staff. The a/c was on the damp side. To combat that the pool bar could be open ?

The online communication, We contacted the hotel through booking.com and they promised us a shuttle service, however when we got to the airport arrivals they shuttle wasn't there. we had to wait 1hr for the shuttle service because we had to contact them. we tried calling the hotel multiple times, and there was no answer for a while until they finally picked up and told us that there was no shuttle service on its way to pick us up, but they could send one at the time of the call. we ended up waiting for that 1 hr just waiting for someone to pick us up.

High price for what it offers...

Spacious room. Hot water and high water pressure in the shower. Cosy infinity pool on the roof. Free parking. The area of the hotel isn't very nice.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The room smelled very bad, and the odor was constant throughout the stay. There were problems every single day, not just once. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Housekeeping was poor — towels were not changed, and the bathroom often had a bad toilet smell. The internet was very slow and unreliable. Breakfast quality was very bad, with limited and low-quality food. On one occasion, the hot water did not work for the shower. While staff were fixing the issue, the water came out dirty. The hotel did not give any notice or warning about the maintenance; we only found out after the problem occurred. The issues were consistent every day, and there was no manager available to escalate or resolve the problems. Overall, this hotel offers very bad value for the price. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly n helpful. Everyone was great. Nice having restaurant/bar on site. Place was very clean n modern, loved shower pressure Every thing was great. One day they were hammering n sawing into late afternoon

The place is so very beautiful and clean. Staff’s are so very accommodating. Very well managed. They make our stay fun and unforgettable one. Foods are so good! Stayed there for 3nights. Storms never stops us from doing tours in the city. They even made my birthday so special, they have surprises and make my day a blast! They even provide karaoke night for the guests to entertained us. I’ll give the hotel a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
