Neela completely ruined our entire journey. The staff has very limited language skills. They booked us a 3-day El Nido-Coron boat trip. What they forgot to mention is that there are two different types of boats: the fun boat; and the zero fun boat. The first has music, beer and basic sanitation facilities, proper food and huts. The latter has none of that, just misery. We were sitting around in silence for 3 days, wondering what we were doing there, and returned home with horrible infections. They also booked the Coron-El Nido ferry back for us. We ended up on a cargo-like old boat crowded like herrings for 6 hours, and were charged the price of the fancy 3-hour speedboat ride. Shame on Neela.

The staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. The room was terrible. The toilet seat was broken, and the shower had mold. It’s clear they don’t pay attention to maintenance. We understand that a place can be simple or humble, but that doesn’t mean it has to be miserable or neglected. We ended up checking out a day early because we just couldn’t tolerate staying there. We asked for a refund for the last night, but it was denied.

Breakfast was good. Service is good. Overall good

not bad. You get what you pay for. Got the ground floor room (number 4) and was surprisingly silent, though that might be because I wake up super early and the place was not busy. Easy access to the nearby beach with restaurant just a few meters away. Staff was Helpful and the free breakfast was good enough. Wifi worked great for my basic needs

It’s clean and good location, just 15 min walking from the center. The two assistants were watching videos online nonstop with the volume turned up to the maximum, making it very loud. All the rooms are very close to the kitchen and the small office, and since they stayed up late—often until 2 a.m. or later—we couldn't sleep. After asking them to lower the volume, they didn’t take us seriously and continued watching until I became frustrated, prompting them to finally turn it down. One of the internet connections was weak, so we asked one of the assistants if they had an alternative connection. She said there was only one available. However, we later discovered another WiFi network and had to ask their more professional colleague for the access code. It seems they were keeping the better connection for themselves to watch their videos. Additionally, the air conditioning filters were filthy, resulting in worsening allergies that forced me to go out in the middle of the night for medicine. I spent three days without the AC running because of this. Overall, I do not recommend this place. For just a few more dollars, you can find much better accommodations in the same area

It has a nearby beach, around 2mins walk; free breakfast is good Cr with off-smell, as well as the water from faucet

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Tv picture wasn’t clear. No wifi. The bathroom water stunk. The lock to the room was sketchy.

The location was excellent. The staff was helpful. The water was dark, not clean, and not available to use. Breakfast has very few options.
