The toilet was leaking water causing smell and mess. The sink was also clogged.

We had a very nice stay at Telesfora Beach Cottage. The location is beautiful, right by the beach, which makes for a very relaxing and scenic atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. The cottages are simple but comfortable and fit well with the natural surroundings. It’s a peaceful place, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the beach life. That said, the facilities are quite basic, so it’s not a luxury stay, and service can sometimes be a bit slow depending on the time of day. Also, there isn’t always hot water in the evening, and sometimes no running water at all. Overall, still a great place if you’re looking for charm, simplicity, and a beachfront setting.

This accomodation was lovely to stay in. Away from the town and noise. Just a 3 minute bike ride or trike ride into town. The staff were so nice and accomodating for all our needs. We booked a tour with them, so easily done. Breakfast was lovely, very simple but good to start the day with. It was amazing that there were only a few steps onto the beach. Sunsets were fascinating! The cats were so cute too and friendly. I would definitely go back !!! Loved everything about this stay.

Very tight room, but we were barely there so it was not a big problem, only for opening our suitcases.

Great location, right on the beach. Bathroom was not clean. The bathroom flooded on the first shower we took there.

The room and facility need a little upgrading. Though, it is functional in all aspects. (Can't complain, just for the room price I paid).

Near the beach and the tour pick up is in front of the property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast taste good. Cash basis once you’re in the property.

Good location, friendly staff Bathroom needs some attention, poor water pressure. Bathroom smelled very bad. Water is very smelly and is dirty. This hotel needs to address the water they use, I feel it is unsafe to use the tap water at this hotel.

Location is at the beach; breakfast is very good with choice of Filipino breakfast, pancakes or continental breakfast and omelet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to the city center as well.

The location is amazing. It’s right in front of the beach and we loved walking early morning and afternoon/sunset time. The area is close to alot of restaurants and places to eat. Our island hopping tours also left right in front which was really convenient. Rooms: My family and I got 3 separate rooms. I thought we all had decent amount of space. Basic amenities but we knew that it was gonna be like that. It was comfortable enough. The only thing I really didnt like was the bathroom. It was very small and the room I was in had a hole in the partition of the shower from the sink/toilet area so it would flood when we shower. Sink was very small too and no place to put your stuff in. It would be nice if they put some hooks or a basket so you could place your items there.

The beach is beautiful and it is so lovely to be able to walk right onto it in the morning. Our first 2 nights in El Nido were spent on the main strip so it was nice to enjoy a quieter side of town. Breakfast was great and staff is very friendly. The gardens around the property are gorgeous and very well maintained Unfortunately our hot water on demand only worked for the first 10 mins and didn’t turn back on for the remainder of the trip. The wifi can be spotty throughout the day and go out for 30 minutes to an hour

Staff are friendly, and also I like the white dog so friendly. More improvement , water Heater didnt work, room too small, no TV, lot OF mosquito and big cockroach Inside the room. We requested to spray in our room insect killer but they didnt have.
