We woke up with a rotting smell in the room from the sewage. Otherwise, great location.

what I did like was maybe the position in the city center, close to the day tours and the shops. Receptionist was nice and focused on what was going on.. where should I start? the hotel si loud, no windows (imagine how loud would have it been with windows?), breakfast poor, only the pancakes were enjoyable. worn down place, loud, people banging doors all the time. looks more like a hostel, than a hotel. but still better than other places I have seen around.

Clean room, directly on the beach where you can sunbathe and swim, restaurant downstairs and on the rooftop, good food and drinks, the room (not the dorm room) is quiet, facing the sea, nice bathroom. If anything, then cleaning of the room is provided only every three days. The staff is sometimes confused but always very pleasant and can make things happen eventually.

Everything about this accomodation is spacious, heaps of storage and the view is amazing. Right in the middle of everything and when inside the room barely able to hear the noise from the activities outside. Activities can be booked directly, scuba diving, van transfers & motorbike, which made our activities smooth and easy. Aside from the extra bed being too itchy, not from sand. Everything was more than we could ask for.

The location is excellent and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The view from the cafe is beautiful. The tours office is onsite, which was very convenient. All the tours leave and return to the beach in front if the hotel. The hotel needs to be better maintained. The air conditioner didn’t work. The room was not very clean and we saw cockroaches.

-Friendly and helpful staff -Location on the beach & in the centre of town -Good tour company at the entrance and good Diving company on-site so easy access to all you need -Good effort at keeping the place clean, but it is right off the beach so sand does come inside - to be expected -We had a private room with sea view which was basic but large enough and clean (apart from a few ants), water and coffee station provided and toiletries. -Water pressure for shower was ok - not the best for someone with long thick hair - but we managed fine! -Air con and fan provided -Clean and comfy enough bed, white sheets, although bedding provided is only a small pillow each and a sheet. -Excellent laundry service a few doors down -Roof terrace bar which is a lovely spot for a sundowners -Breakfast was slow here. The service staff tried to get it to you on time and reassured you the boat would wait for you (only works if organised by the hotel) but I’d recommend being there for on 7am when it opens to have a chance of not having to wolf it down. Alternatively there is a nice coffee shop across the road that does takeaway coffee and croissant so may be best to grab and go if you have a time constraint! -A few leaks in the ceiling of our room, didn’t really bother us, but be careful where you put your stuff! -Water was turned off between 9am - 5pm, so coming back from an all day tour (usually 3.30ish) you had to wait and hour and a half to wash / get changed. -Personal preference would have been extra pillow and a duvet provided -Charged more on credit card as is mentioned in many reviews

The location was fantastic right on the beach. There were rats in the accomodation. We tried to get help and the security guard tried to use bug spray. In a room of 3 our friend had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. There were ants in the beds.

Location They ask to pay extra commission for payment with a card. After discussion, commission was canceled. Window was cover because of the reconstruction. Noise in the evening and night.

The location was the only benefit of the property, however, you could say that it was is the hustle and bustle of the town therefore making it very loud. - unclean - no air conditioning - no water pressure - unaware staff - rude and loud staff (every morning the staff were very loud and unaware of their surroundings, all mornings they were like this and on two occasions I had to leave my room and ask they keep the noise down) - had to make our own bed on arrival - it isn’t called “the beach house” - it smelt like toxic chemicals in the hotel and room

Location was good Room smelled musty and like some kind of cleaning product. I’m not sure what it was but when I left I had to have everything rewashed as it smelled like my room. Room #5.

Very nice place with great food in the restaurant on the ground floor. Bathroom is great. You can organize every attraction with the staff in the reception - very convenient. And there is PADI diving center in the building - great adventure, highly recommended. Windows could be cleaner - it would be nicer to look at the sea :)
