Amazing and friendly staff. Great value and excellent location Background noise at night. But ear plugs help.

Staff was really nice and helpful, they offer lots of tours and transportation options to many places around. Breakfast has many options and all of them were great. Excellent location, right in the center of El Nido. Everything was great, however the hotel is a bit old, some things (like the bathroom) could use a bit of maintenance.

Needs a little cleaning especially it’s mostly wood/bamboo I think. Needs dehumidifier. A working one, since the one I saw in the room wasnt working anymore.

It was unfortunately located next to a nightclub. We were thankful when power went out wee hours of morning, so we could get some sleep.

The room was spacious. It was quite comfortable with two big suitcases. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly. We had a couple of technical issues like leaking bidet, Airco and they helped us immediately. The location is right in the center of El Nido. Breakfast was nice. There is a club nearby and they kept partying till 4:30 in the morning. That was quite annoying. We saw a rat outside of our room on the day we left but I am not sure if that is hotel’s fault. You need to pay extra for fresh towels before 3 days.

It is very central in the town. Nice arrangement of paths and plants in the tiny backyard alleyway where the rooms are tucked away There is a nightclub right next to your room. We needed earplugs and sleeping pills to be able to sleep. I would caution to stay away unless you want to party next door till 3am

Unfortunately not much. The sound of the rats/mice above the room, the cockroach, the cleanliness and the amount of mosquitoes and black small insects in the room. Also they served me bacon that was off for breakfast one morning.

The room is spacious and clean, we also really liked the style! You can see the attention to details. :) The staff is very friendly and helps when it comes to book excursions/rides/laundry etc. Breakfast is delicious, and you can enjoy it on a private little terrace in front of the room. We really enjoyed our stay! The location is in the city center of El Nido, few steps to restaurants, supermarkets and few minutes walk to the beach/Harbour. The location is very central so it can get a bit noisy at night, but we slept just fine.

Location was exceptional, right on the centre, close to everything. The staff were super friendly and very helpful when we needed to organise transport they were very helpful with local trips and to the airport, always welcoming us with a smile and very responsive. Was nice to have breakfast served to the room. They provided extra towels for the beach and an umbrella when it rained. The previous reviews mentioned noise and it is noisy till around 3am every morning due to neighboring pubs. We were tired so able to get to sleep. Hotel may want to consider complimentary ear plug. Sofa bed for kids a little uncomfortable and water temperature in shower fluctuates.

Very accessible to shops, restaurants, transportations to neighboring towns and airport. The staff were very kind, and we loved the breakfast despite the reviews about it. Free luggage storage service was also a plus. The bedding was grainy when we arrived. Not sure if the sand wasn’t washed off well when they took the sheets out to the laundry… The pillows were old and flat, too.

Great central location and wonderful staff ! A/C, a fridge, kettle, large comfy bed and good sized room all made for a very comfortable stay. Delicious breakfast options served on our own cute little patio each morning Quite dark even with all the lights on and noisy at night with music from the nearby bars! I had earplugs and it didn’t bother us too much but light sleepers may not like it

The breakfast was great. The hotel is located in the center of the downtown near a lot of bars and clubs. Moreover, the rooms share their wall with a dance bar so you can hear and feel the music until 4:00 AM. If you a light sleep, then you won't notice it .?

I liked everything about the property and the staff is great. Wonderful restaurants nearby and centrally located. The only thing that was not to our liking was the wall of our unit was very close to a disco bar that played exceptionally loud music until like 3am. Room 2. No fault of the facility and it is a busy town so not sure that if you stay in town if you can get away from the music but I might try somewhere else because of the music. I learned to sleep with ear plugs in.

The room exceeded my expectation. The breakfast are tasty and staff are accommodating. The location is right on the central where shops and bars are. Also the boat tours are fee minutes walk from the location. The room is well furnished, cozy and quiet spacious. The pressure on the water are not that great.

Room smelled a little (it is a humid island tho).
