Location Food is great Rooms are very small. For us was ok because we only had a few things but more than one small bag per person and it won’t fit in the room

Room size is very small. For 2 persons with big luggage (I had big snowboard case) it's not enough.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. I stayed two nights at Hotel Camelot in Pas de la Casa, booking two rooms, and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — and I’ve stayed in plenty of budget places and hostels. First of all, the hotel feels very old, and not in a charming way. There is a strong smell of old furniture throughout the building, including the rooms. The rooms themselves are extremely small, barely enough space to move or even lie comfortably on the bed. The bathroom is tiny, and the materials used everywhere clearly reflect very low quality — even basic things like the toilet paper made that obvious. Now, the food deserves special mention — because it was truly awful. Dinner was so bad that one night we simply skipped eating because the options were borderline unappetizing. The food had poor flavor, extremely limited variety, and the restaurant service was completely disorganized. There was one person cooking on the grill who didn’t respect the order of requests, creating confusion and frustration. Breakfast was not much better: very few options, almost no fruit, and overall low quality. Definitely not what you’d expect even from a basic 3-star hotel. In the end, we changed hotels and moved to Hotel Cristina next door — which offered, also as a 3-star hotel, a dramatically better experience in every possible way. The comparison is honestly embarrassing for Hotel Camelot. This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve had better experiences in hostels. My strong recommendation is: do not stay here. The hotel needs a serious commitment to improving quality.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff also supplied a breakfast bag for us for our return coach journey as it left before breakfast started. It can be a little noisy from outside, especially if you have the windows open.

Breakfast and bar area were very good. Staff generally very helpful and friendly Hotel was colder than usual in our room and bar area. One male member on the reception was not very friendly and was quite miserable, but all other male and female staff were excellent.

The staff were excellent. From reception to house keeping, everyone we encountered were were happy and helpful. The hotel is located a very short walk from the piste with a short ski down to a choice of several lifts, to either ski locally or lift you out to an adjoining area. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate if not great. The room was tiny. We had a double bed that was pushed against a wall on one side with barely room to get down the other side. There was no space for two people to unpack, given we both had skiwear. The room had locks on the radiator heat controls, and the room was so hot we had no choice but to have the window open the entire time. This was a waste of heat, but made sleeping impossible with noise coming out of local bars and streets until 3.30am every night e were there. We left sleep deprived and shattered. Our booking was half board, and whilst breakfast was OK, dinner was appalling. This is not a restaurant, this is akin to bad school dinners. On a couple of occasions we gave up and simply left and ate out. I know this is a 3 star hotel, but put it in context that we paid €1350 for 4 nights and therefore it is not unreasonable to have a certain level of expectation. The ski area is limited in range, but we were aware of that and it was just a 4 day trip, however the town of Pas de la Casa is not the best in the area. I read somewhere that it was "Ibiza" on the slopes, unfortunately it is more like Skegness on the Slopes.
