The rooms are super clean and the staffs are very helpful Lobby furniture and elevator a bit out dated

The noise from the back street at night until 5 in the morning made me wake up few times every night. We had our room in the back and the noise from the nearby pubs and clubs was awful.

The location was fantastic, close to the slopes. The staff were super nice and friendly. The place felt very homely. Breakfast was perfect and ideal for our small group. Highly recommend. There was not really anything I didn't like.

Location was right in the centre and very convenient for ski area and all shops. All bars, restaurants were on the doorstep. Self service breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Room was good and great powerful shower. Was very hot at night in room and had to open window for vent, but mostly ok. Staff were all extremely helpful and cheerful and made us feel very welcome. Was very hot at night in room and had to open window for vent, not for long as was freezing outside. Location in centre means can be noisy in early hours from bars and clubs. Fine if kept window shut.
