Hilton Newark Airport

Convenient shuttle service to/ from the Newark airport. Nice lobby but rooms were very dark and dated. Its convenience is the winner

Front desk attendants very friendly to and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant downstairs was excellent. A good surprise after our flight was cancelled and we had to spend the night there.

Some equipment in the room were not working. There was no bath robe available nor was a hair dryer.

Good experience and close to airport

this hotel had a very stale feel. the rooms were not very clean and there were no amenities in sight. we only stayed here one night for a stopover airport visit. the best thing about the hotel was the shuttle to the airport. I really felt the rooms could have been much cleaner and nicer for the price I paid

The shuttle bus is punctual less than 10 minutes of distance

Food at the bar was really good, but the breakfast bar was ok. Overall, a great experience.

Hotel ideally situated for Newark Airport. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice comfortable bed. Food and drink at the bar reasonably priced. I had breakfast which was very nice -$25. Shuttle bus to the airport every 20 mins. Journey time 10 mins. All the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Very clean and the rooms were excellent. The airport shuttle is a trip in itself. Bus ride then air tran finally to the area where you are picked up.

The only issue I had was the pick up from The airport. Hilton's shuttle was not a long wait. However, The process at Jersey Airport SUCKS!!!! After retrieving luggage, You have to take shuttle from the airport terminal to the airtrain station, then go to P3. Then you wait for the hotel shuttle. Try this with 2 pieces of luggage and a carry on as a wheelchair passenger!!!!!!!!!!! It was confusing and inconvenient. Its not the hotel's fault, but the process was terribly frustrating. Perhaps Hilton can offer terminal pick up option (at a fee if necessary)for physically challenged customers. Otherwise the Hotel is a win.
