Motel 6 Elizabeth, NJ - Newark Liberty Intl Airport

My door had an opening to the outside, even when closed. The room overall was adequate. Parking was ridiculous, there were so many cars in the lot, he was probably using it as a rental lot.

The place is old, the room was SMALL, bathroom was tight, there was a gap under the door to the unit, the shower dripped, saw a cockroach. the person at the desk when I checked in and when I went to the office in the morning to ask where to meet the shuttle made me feel like I was bothering him. Won't stay there again. Airport shuttle was GREAT.

The front desk offered me another room but I’m disabled and a change was beyond me at that point at night. The room was bright and fresh and the bed very comfortable. I’ve stayed her before and will likely stay here again but this stay was rather a disappointment concerning finding a rodent in my room.

Cleaning more and no parking

The parking for the hotel was used as airport parking it was a mess .. air didn’t work , big crack at the door .. it was bad don’t go here let them tgrivevwith their parking .. worst hotel ever …

Every traveler needs to experience this hotel. Once. Absolutely worked over like 10 miles of bad road. Spartan, cracked, chipped, minimalist. The sound of the struggling A/C unit was able to drown out the pulsating music from the club in a greenhouse that shares a border with the property. Sheets moist. May have been towels. Cheap. Slept there one night for an early flight. Free airport shuttle was clutch. Makes me realize how nice our local Motel 6 is. Glad I didn’t have a black light.

Air conditioning horrible roaches walking around room no tv in any room they switched me to people hanging around yard all nite

under bed was filthy with dead bugs and garbage. thankfully there were no live bugs!

Looked nothing like the photo. Could not stay another night as scheduled.

To begin with, the staff was very unclear about a hotel shuttle pick up, and the van was not labeled so as a single woman, I was hesitant to get into a strange van. Then when I got to the property, I was immediately discouraged because the entire place was dirty and smelled terrible. Then I got to my room. Two lamps were not working, the toilet was running, and the sink faucet was coming apart. But to add insult in injury, which nearly put me over the top, was the fact that the pillowcases were dirty, and I flipped open the bedsheet, and I found hair in the bed. I was desperately trying to find anywhere else to stay, but Newark was totally sold out. So I ended up sleeping in my clothes and using my jacket as a pillow. I could not have been more upset!

Filthy place I paid for two days and left early and paid for another room elsewhere . Manager went out of his way to be rude and difficult

mice and rats in my room. baby bird’s nest in my ac unit. Toilet didn’t work.

It was dangerous and dirty. I didn't stay over 20 minutes and you wouldn't give me my money back

Au sujet de notre nuit, nous avions une chambre avec deux lits doubles. Les couvertures des lits étaient trouées. On pouvait sentir l'odeur de la cigarette venant de la chambre d'a côté. Vers 05h30, les occupants d'a côté ont joué de la musique fortement pendant plus de 30min. Personnellement, nous n'irons plus jamais à cet endroit et nous ne le recommandons à personne.

Just make sure you don’t need to take their shuttle or else the driver will complain

The room was disgusting. And it smelled like mold/mildew. There was a ceiling tile missing. The front desk staff was not helpful and all and I tried to cancel the room. I’m still waiting to get a full refund

They have no cable, you’re basically watching local tv. My A/c unit had a big hole in it. The layout in the bathroom is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. Their pillows are a half size only a child can sleep on.
