Excellent staff

It is out of date and falling apart. IHG should definitely not allow a property to get this rundown. Definitely it up to standard with the brand.

It was nice !!! I like the breakfast that was offered to the guest, but they need to work on their scrambled eggs. I enjoyed the mini omelets better. I felt safe. I enjoyed the gym. I would definitely stay again.

It was a convenient and pleasant place to stay as we got our student settled in the area. Staff were friendly and always shared a smile. Our room was cleaned daily. Not a lot of amenities but given the purpose of our stay, it didn’t impact us. Convenient that breakfast was included although food choices were limited and repetitive. In and out privileges for parking made things easier for us. I do wish that a parking discount would be offered for a long stay.

One thing I want the hotel to improve is that when I sent messages to the hotel through the Expedia app, there have been no reply.

L’acceuil est assez ordinaire. La chambre a grand besoin d’amour. Le matelas est fini et doit être remplacé. Pas de coffre fort.

Breakfast was adequate, room was good, airport shuttle was the best! No availability of dinner options nearby. Or to do a take-out from outside.
