The staff at this hotel made this one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. And that’s saying a lot since I wasn’t at the hotel very much during my stay. I had incredibly positive interactions with front desk staff, room attendants, and breakfast bar attendants. They were all so friendly and helpful. I’ve never stayed in this area before, but seeing as how this was for a work trip and my company is close to this area, when I return for another work event I will stay here without hesitation.

The facilities were very clean and the breakfast was great. Very close to Wellfield Botanical Gardens and great restaurants.

Spacious and very clean we like ice on every floor. We like the fact that there was an ice machine on every floor. The breakfast was good. Nice location close to restaurants and shopping.

The pool was green and we were not about to get in it. Our room had a huge dark stain on the carpet.

The staff at this property were very helpful and polite. I had an amazing stay.

Even though it was obvious there was a space designed for a full couch,there was only a chair in the corner. It looked very strange and a couch or love seat would have been nice. Be careful when booking a Hol Inn Express and Suites.

There are numerous restaurants just a few minutes away! The ladies in the breakfast area were helpful and friendly! Food was hot & tasty! Really a step above typical “inclusive”breakfast! Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again!

Although we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, the aroma wine is up! Smelled so good! We were very pleased with our stay and will return in October.
