Place w filthy and room wasn't even clean. Tv didn't work had no mocrowave and the floor leaked when u took a shower. And there was roaches.

I’d never stay at this place again, counted 7 roaches in one night…mentioned it to front desk for refund. Thru acknowledged they have bug/roach issues but would give my money back after I showed picture…terrible experience and again ROACHES!

He went straight to the front desk, explained the situation, and asked for a refund because, honestly, who would stay in a room full of bugs? Instead, he was told he would still be charged for the first night, even though he left immediately. He found another nearby hotel that was clean and bug-free. I understand hotels have policies, but charging a guest after giving them a room with a cockroach infestation is simply not right.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was not clean; the sheets had dirt in them, the floors did too, it looked like the place was falling apart, and the bathroom was so dirty and unappealing that we decided not to take a shower.

Front desk staff was asleep? Had to get maintenance and police to wake him. Cockroaches...and we left.

The staff was absolutely ridiculous. There was a power outage and I was trying to ask questions about how to get refunded and the front desk person was extremely rude and refused to answer any questions. I will never stay here. Also can’t get ahold of the company to get my refund.
