clean room very restfull would like breakfast

The first thing I noticed when I opened my room door was the open window and the fan running on the air conditioner unit. Obviously trying to air out the smell in the room. I should have said something immediately. I've been staying in hotels for about a year in this area. This is the first one who accused me of smoking in the room and charged me $75 extra with no proof of anything but somebody's nose. I smoke yes. Cigars. So my stuff smells like cigars. This is the first time anyone has ever accused me of smoking in my room. Despite the people across the hall coughing and hacking they singled me out. What a scam. I definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

Everything was clean except the wash cloth in our bathroom.

The room was very clean. Parking was good. The staff was friendly. And this was conveniently next to a Mexican restaurant that had great food. The only negativity I would give this hotel is at the shower did not have a lot of pressure and they charge you extra for three adults in one room, even though it was a double room.

There was a bumch of people partying outside on the side of the hotel when we arrived. The lobby smelled as if someone dumped a gallon of cheap perfume on 5he floor. The smell of mold when we entered our 1st room took our breath away. There was mold growing up the end table and behind the entertainment stand. The man at the desk was anything but caring. The kiosk check-in is absolutely silly. The new room they put us in was better, but all the beds and decor were from the 1980s. Ceiling paint falling down, half the plugs didn't work. It was just very run down and not maintained at all. We will never stay here again or recommend this place. Absolutely trash.

You get what you pay for... hard bed, flat pillows, dry oom phone didn't work. TV only got 3 Chanels that cut in and out, frig was turned off.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Terrible neighborhood. They dont even have a front desk clerk...they literally outsourced it to India. You check in through a machine with an Indian dude on camera who was impossible to understand. 100% the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Enjoy this day.. very clean.. had friendly staff… and also kiosk with person who also greeted everybody that walked in the door.. and helped check people in and out…. first time I encountered that experience……

After checking in late got up the next morning. Had mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room was dirty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more and they want 1.50 each. Because of the mold we checked out instead of staying the 4 nights. Refuse a refund for unused days. Place was nasty and staff was unhelpful.

It was weird. The people behind the desk didn't help you. They directed you to a kiosk of someone on video chat. There was no one there but us when we checked in.

Check in was not convenient, Place was dirty, When we got to our room it stunk, there was mold and a thin sheet on the bed for a blanket. Long story short I checked out and we did not stay there.
