The woman at the front desk was fantastic.

WOW. What a nice place. Must be brand new. Everything was in top shape and tasteful. Wish it was my final destination.

Staff was very accommodating for our late check in.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms… at a good price. I would stay again!

The bed was hard as a rock and was hair in the bathroom. So terrible I left immediately

The staffing is really nice, the lady's at the desk are as well. Awesome job they are doing. Very nice they always smile and make you feel welcome there.
-
Very clean. Not a lot of employees around but that didn't bother me at all.

The beds were not very comfortable, reminded me of dorm room type beds. We were in town for a wedding, so luckily we were very busy and really only spent a few hours a night there, but I would not book this hotel again.

Nothing Advertised as a suite and had nothing in it. Not even facial tissue or a full size bar of soap

I would recommend

I liked Amy at the reception desk, she was very professional and made us feel welcome. The establishment was very clean, very inviting. There was no coffee pot in tbe room, and I'm a coffee drinker. Also no hand towels in room? That is kind of strange.

Doors do not completely lock at all times when you close them. You have to shut them back and forth multiple times to get it to lock. There’s also no staff after 10 pm or before 9 am and our room wasn’t stocked with more than the roll of tp that was on the holder. Couldn’t find anyone when you needed them. Checking in through a 3rd party is a mess when the 3rd party nor the hotel wants to help. Overall it was clean, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Very busy due to a storm and power outage. Nothing fancy but very clean and staff very accommodating. Good location, close to a lot of restaurants. Not much in rooms due to fact they had a kitchen. No coffee cups, etc.

Upon arrival I was surprised to find that there are no automatic doors to enter the lobby. I am spoiled from other hotel stays. That does make it a little more difficult to carry in luggage but there are buttons for handicap access. It took a while for a staff member to come to the check in desk, although I had seen her walk across a doorway to an adjacent room a few times and rang the bell a few times as well. I was immediately told that check in was at 3 pm until the staff person looked at the clock and saw that it was indeed after 3 pm. Although she was not sure if there were rooms ready she was able to find me one in the end.
