Breakfast in the morning, clean and convenient

The cook for the complimentary breakfast was friendly and helpful. She made sure everyone got what they wanted.

Just lots of broken things, but nice staff & clean rooms.

The water pressure from the shower was horrible. The toilet lever came apart

Everything was fine except the ice maker was broken and the front desk had run out of ice bags. When temps are over 100 that's not good. Also, there were exit doors at the middle and back of the hotel that were supposed to be closed at all times with no way to enter through these doors. All entries were supposed to be through the front entrance which is inconvenient. So, people were keeping these doors propped open. There should be a key card system at these doors, so they can be kept closed but allow guests to enter through these doors.

Good value and good quiet place to stay.

The carpets were filthy throughout our room no. 209. Also the main foyer smelled like mold, just old.

The carpet in our room had several large stains. The ice machines were broken. The breakfast was typical cheap hotel style. The outside of the hotel was in disrepair, there were weeds everywhere. The whole place was shabby. We would not stay there again…it was a total ripoff.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of options. Waffle maker, which is always a favorite. The fruit was fresh. The lovely lady who prepared breakfast was super sweet. The beds and pillows were perfect. Our linens and towels were tidy and clean. Each room had a microwave and small fridge with freezer. This was perfect for our drinks, leftovers and medication. Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be very run down. The screens on many windows were torn and ragged. Carpet in the rooms had some stains and makes it feel unclean.

Had a great time the pool was great the hot tub was hot rooms are clean staff were friendly breakfast was delicious I highly recommend staying there I definitely will be again

Room carpet needed to be replaced, security door lock was broken, and WiFi was out. The curtain was not hung properly.

We have stayed here many times, and we have had good experiences. The staff was fine and room was clean. We always enjoy a hot tub after a long day of travel. We went down to the hot tub, and it was barely warm. The last time we stayed we had a little problem with getting the jets to work. Also, the handrail going into the hot tub is loose and not very supportive. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast.

It was close to restaurant last and the interstate. The A/C in the room worked great. Parking was a pain. A lot of big trucks took up multiple spaces. The grounds were a little run down, but not too bad.

Staff was very friendly.

It was very clear that the floors were not vacuumed in a long while, there was visible dust on the floor service. The sink and bathtub did not drain properly. The front office had a lemon water container to give to people as they arrived but it was not supplied with ice, therefore leaving the cut lemons to be contaminated.

The bedding was clean, room was decent. Small tv. No truck or rv parking.

The carpet needs to be cleaned. The bathroom caulking around the toilet should be cleaned better. Found a long hair on the toilet lid. The handicap handle in the bathroom is loose on the wall. Someday it will come loose with someone that needs it badly and it could come out of the wall and injure someone. Your in and out doors are a joke. WE were in room 118 at the very end of the hallway. My wife is handicapped. The door at the end of the hall had to have a rock propped in it to hold it open. this door was convenient to come and go from the parking lot. The key lock that you slide to get in did not work. So if the door was shut I walked to the front door and walked the long hall to prop the door open with a rock to let my wife in. To get ice we had to go to the front desk.

The front desk clerk was nice, but she was unable to accommodate us with a room with air conditioning. We would not have been able to sleep otherwise. The rooms was clean and spacious. Too bad we weren't able to stay here to enjoy it. When we checked in our room it was over 80° . We asked the front desk clerk for help. She couldn't get the unit to work either. We asked if we could be switched to a different room. After a long wait we ended up going down to the front desk a 2nd time and told them we would not be spending the night. We found a different place to stay. I want a refund as the room was not what expected with air conditioning. So many things were not working in this hotel.

No ice available at all. Hot tub had brown water.
