Ac worked well good place for rhe night

Having 2 double beds was great too and the shower was great. The room decor was looking a bit tired, and the freezer was in need of a defrost- as there was no space to put our ice packs/ which I really need for the warm days of travel. Otherwise as expected for Motel6. We recommend this as a good cat friendly place to stay:)

Lastly the staff are wonderful and highly engaged . Highly recommended for both general travelers looking for a clean well maintained economy lodging and for pet parents. The property is also very quiet even when full and staff attuned at all times to guest safety. Thank so much

Where to start. First, the pool was closed, the coffee offered in the lobby was so old and cold that it wouldn't even melt the creamer, the room was a shoebox with a shower so small my toddler bumped elbows with the walls, there was mold under the lip of the sink in the bathroom, the room reeked so badly of marijuana that I had to air it out for 10 minutes before I could let my toddler stay there, and there were burn holes in the comforter. All that being said, when I checked out, I checked the room for any mess because I like to make the turnover as quick and easy for housekeeping as possible, having had that job before. Unfortunately I did not take pictures, having never had a problem before. My toddler wears a diaper at night still and when I left there were no stains on the bed. I received a call later that day stating that the motel was keeping HALF my deposit because of "yellow urine stains on the sheets." I asked for pictures of the stains and proof they came from my room. I was provided neither. I called corporate and made a formal complaint but was told they are independently owned and operated so I called back the motel and asked for the owner's contact information. I was told they would not provide me with that and because I made the deposit they "can do anything they want." I am disputing with my bank, but this was overwhelmingly the worst motel 6 experience I've ever had.

This is one of the nicest motel 6 that I've ever stayed in
-
It wasn’t clean I saw hair and stains

Clean, decent room for price Took $50(half deposit) for dirty towels. Last time I checked, towels get dirty. Pool was closed, no water, junk everywhere and kids playing in the empty pool
-
Just what I needed as a place to crash for the night. The room was clean and there was a decent blackout curtain. The room did have a faint smoke smell, but that was fine for a night.

Had to pay an extra $35 due to having my spouse with me. They still gave us a full size bed, not a queen size (as booked on Expedia). The door was bent, making it appear to be cracked open. Do yourself a favor and book something that has a better rating. No more Motel 6's for us.

It was clean

convenient

They made me pay $10 for a soiled washcloth

So everything seemed OK in the beginning they made up some BS about me leaving a mess and kept my deposit I didn’t like the fact that you requested an invoice and never gave it to me. They did not return my deposit. They claimed I had some damages.

Room was clean and A/C very efficient. Decent size fridge and microwave. Bathroom spacious. All the basics and a welcome stop during a long drive. Shame the pool isn’t functioning at present.

Excellent room in hotel in great location. Price was so nice that missing a coffee pot offset inconvenience of not having one, We got coffee in the office in the morning.

The room was small but clean and the staff were polite and friendly. A little bit dirty on the outside but nothing too bad.

We had a first floor room. However, the person who was in the room above us had lead feet and the floor creaked. Think the laminate was loose because when lead foot paced for1- 2 hours back and forth at night you could hear the pacing and the creaking. Repeated walk at 5:30 a.m. when the person checked out! Reported to front desk in AM when checking out. Other than this issue, room was larger than expected, it was clean, refrigerator was cold, well lighted with bright white bulbs rather than soft white! Great for reading and there was a strip of lights that ran along bed headboard which was a great touch. Never saw this before, not even at all the Marriotts we usually stay at, or any other hotel we have stayed at through all our world travels! We would stay here again as long as lead foot stays home!

When I checked in, I could smell Indian food/curry being made. It was heavenly! I wished I could have been invited in for some. The check in process was very easy, as was the check out process the following morning. Parking was good, and I felt safe at the location. The location was great as it was right off the highway on my route of travel. I liked that the room had a frig. I felt a little cramped in the shower, but it was ok and worked very well. It was rather nice to get clean after riding my bike for almost 500 miles that day.
