the room and bath are updated and include a microwave and mini fridge, bed was firm and comfortable, great location to beach access and moonlight beach.

Great location, friendly staff. Slight odor from the toilet, plus water was out for 3 hours due to city working on the lines. Not the hotel's fault but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The location was awesome, 5 minute walk to the beach! Our A/C unit wasn’t the best - room got very muggy

Great motel overall. Staff are accommodating and courteous. Room is clean and updated, however, room smelled of mildew. Location is ideal, walkable and bike lanes everywhere.

PERFECT LOCATION! walking distance to the Beach. The property was clean and especially the Room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dogs can stay and are allowed here : / I am not a pet person and I do not believe pets should be staying in the Rooms.

Exceptional

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, A/c worked great! Breakfast was fairly standard but nice. Location is very convenient and nice to have free parking on site.

The hotel has been recently renovated, but the renovation was done very carelessly. The shower door doesn’t close properly, and initially there was no hot water. There was no hair conditioner in the shower. I asked at the front desk, and they promised to bring some, but they never did. The next morning, I had to ask again. There is a desk in the room, but no chair. The room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Convenient to the interstate. Bathroom cabinet too big for the bathroom. The toilet paper was at your ribs when on the toilet.

Not a 5-star hotel, but it does the trick and is a great location. Well worth the $.

The location was convenient to the local area. The breakfast had no hot food. There was no water available and the selection of food was poor.

I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Encinitas. We walked everywhere and felt very safe.

Superb

I appreciated the receptionist and the fact that we had somewhere to lay our heads at night. There was a smart tv, and I was able to sign in to my Disney+ account with no problems. The breakfast that was offered mostly consisted of carb-heavy foods. The light in the restroom would not stay on. I believe it was some kind of motion sensing light, and it turned off in the middle of my shower. The hair conditioner dispenser wasn’t working. Also, when I tried to blow dry my hair, the light turned off in the restroom. So I had to blow dry my hair in the dark. Some perks and some quirks.

It was all newly renovated. And in tiptop condition. It was a pleasure staying there.

Clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Sparkling small pool with nice towels. Good location, walk to beach access and many restaurants, close to freeways.
