Cleanliness is my biggest concern, and not only was it super clean...that shower water pressure was fantastic! The room was spacious, the staff was kind and helpful, and it's so close to the beach. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

We had a great stay! We have one member of the family that snores, and that can make traveling as a group difficult. Having a separate bedroom with a door was perfect for us!

Housekeeper banned on the door at 9:30 am to see if my room was vacant.Check up was for 11 am. Really put a sour note to what was a nice stay. There is no elevator so you have to ask for help or carry your things up 10 steep stairs.

The location was very close to Moonlight Beach, which was a lovely beach for families. It is very hilly there and there are very few accessible beaches in Encinitas so the location was great for accessibility. It’s an older hotel but they have tried to do a good job of keeping it up-to-date. We had a lovely view of the ocean, which was nice and a nice deck to sit on. Staff was very helpful.

Gorgeous beach town. Nice cozy and comfy stay for our family. Beautiful town and easy to walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Moonlight motel is special and we can’t wait to return again soon. Nice accommodating staff, Highly recommended for a wonderful and comfortable beach stay.

Nice hotel near downtown Encinitas and Moonlight Beach. Everything within walking distance. Loved listening to the frogs at night.

It was a great stay. Very close to downtown Encinitas and Moonlight beach which is very family friendly. Great room. Great Location. We have stayed here before and would stay again in the future.
