Close to beach Room wasn’t clean, poor maintenance

Old hotel that needs refurbishment. There appear to be "homeless"people living there. They were hanging out in the parking lot every day drinking and smoking weed. Save your money.

The room was ok. Need to clean thoroughly on the basin. We stayed for 4days, tissue paper didn't replace when finished. Most of the carpark lots are for compact cars. When the hotel is full, carpark lot is not enough. Breakfast meal quite ok, but seating is also not enough. You are charging USD300+ per room per night, yet I couldn't find seats for 2 breakfast.

The flight got moved to another gate and I wasn’t notified and almost lost my seat

Especialmente en mi cuarto, el 309 encontré una botella que creo que dejó la familia anterior estaba en el sillón y hasta que me sentía ahí la pude ver que estaba o sea que sesión no lo limpiaron o sacudieron adecuadamente. Encontré bolsas de ketchup tiradas en el suelo. Creo que de la familia anterior también el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y yo no pude dormir por el ruido en mi habitación cuando llegué no habían toallas para secarse, tuve yo que ir a traer a la recepción el Hotel está muy bonito en una buena ubicación, cerca de cafeterías y tiendas solo tienen que mejorar lo anterior dicho, pero me gustó el Front desks muy amable.

We were in the handicap accessible room. The room itself was great. But getting in and out of the room was hard. My husband is in a wheelchair. He has a prosthetic leg and does not walk independently. He had to stand up and hold onto the door frame and door Handle to step up into the room. The same is true for going out as well. The entrance to the room is too high for a straight in entry with a wheelchair. Something to think about for future guests.

The room was a good size but vanity sink drain stuck when you turn on the water. Need to clean sink trap or pour bleach down drain. Other than that, was a good stay.

It was a nice place place to stay! I didn't realize there was going to be a 50 dollar deposit when we got there despite paying all extra fees and taxes here on Expedia. So be prepared for that lol. It was a nice hotel, pretty clean and the staff where nice. We didn't make it to a breakfast but saw a long line for waffles so those must be good!

Very clean and the ubicación right out the high way. Also the receptionist was such a respectful and she’s doing great job with the clients. The property is decent and the price is reasonable. I like the cleanest of the room and very nit.

The bed was soft but that’s about it. From the front it looks great but as we went to park there was people all over the parking lot smoking and drinking one guy was even working on his truck while others had lawn chairs out in the parking lot just sitting. Walked into the room and it was extremely hot and smelly however it cooled down fast and I sprayed perfume to help the smell. The couch was dirty stained (nasty) the soap was opened (used) my walls in some spots looked like they wiped snot on them and it was not kept up. The bed was the only good thing! It was soft and comfortable.

Great Hotel for the family the groups stay or the teams. Very convenient to all surrounding areas!

In a good neighborhood but sketchy & the rooms are not cleaned well. Pillow case had what appears to be makeup & blood on it. Breakfast was surprisingly decent, We stayed here during a soccer tournament probably wouldn’t do so again.

When we walked into the room it felt so humid and it had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom is small with little to no space.

Clean rooms great helpful staff.

It is a perfect location. Main highway at doorstep Beach is a 5 min.drive Restaurants galore
