Great breakfast: delicious cactus dish and coffee. Room was clean and spacious. Felt safe with a 24 hour guard at the front of the premises of the property. Pool was clean and large. Receptionists were very welcoming and kind. Highly recommended.

The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. Clean room and beautiful property. We were only there for a night, but we look forward to returning for a longer stay.

Empty, not clean every day, WiFi doesn’t work

The food was so good, wine was the best in Valle. The fireplace is so cozy with a bottle of one of their reds, the Tempranillo was our favorite. The rooms are comfortable, the only thing was we came in March and you had to tell them ahead of time to warm up the jacuzzi. The jasmine as soon as you walk into the property was so nice and the staff are super friendly.

Nothing. Didn’t stay. No power . This facility refuses to work with bdc for a refund after over a month Lack of response after no power and no amenities so I never stayed

The property is off the highway, a paved road, and parking is needed. You park in the sandy dirt that tracks dirt and sand into your car and room because the room we stayed in was right in front of the parking area. We checked in on Valentine's Day. There was no hand soap in the container of the restroom and we ended up using a bar soap that was provided. About an hour after we check in we asked where the restaurant was and a younger looking girl working the front desk asked what did we want and we said we want to go to the restaurant and the young girl responds with tell me what you want because we are closing the restaurant, which happened to be at 7pm. We said we only want a drink and she said yes like what and I said I'm not sure that's why I want to go to the restaurant. We asked why is it closing so early and she stated we did not get any reservations for tonight "as in for Valentine's", so we are closing it early. So I say ok could you tell us where the restaurant is and the young girl responded back with an attitude that she is pulling up the drink menu and that she already asked me what we wanted. I was surprised by her response and decided I didn't want to buy a drink there after all. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and the food was ok. Not the best but the price is decent. I would stay there again but it won't be my first option. The young adults they have working may be the owners children and I feel customer service is lacking. We observed a woman at the front desk waiting around to speak to someone because both of the young adults left the front desk unattended for a while during check in. During check out time which is by 11am there was no one at the front desk and the young man who was serving in the restaurant seemed to be the same person assigned to checking people out of the hotel. It's a nice property to stay at but the service needs to improve.

Hot water runs out when many guests are using at the same time. We waited and staff let us stay as long into the next day as we wanted, Shower quickly became hot again.

The staff was friendly and the food in the little restaurant on sight was fabulous. The hotel felt a bit like a ghost town. Granted the Valley was pretty quiet overall, but despite the hotel apparently being pretty booked out, we were the only guests in most places most of the time. They could do more to make the place lively. The pool area is super cute and with some nice music, and more attention to the set-up it could be a great hang out area that would attract more people to stick around.

Friendly staff, nice room The heather did not work on freeziing temperatures weather, no front desk available, wifi not working, no phone in the room, no way to get in conctact for help

The hotel was comfortable and easy to find. Large room and bathroom. Breakfast was good. Very quiet place. Pretty pool area. No soap, Shampoo or conditioner in wall dispenser. Low water pressure with delayed hot water. No real amenities. Robe tie was in closet, but no robe. No bar.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very nice place to relax. Very closed to the main road. Our room was facing empty lot was not good view. I didn’t notice mind. The whole property was very clean with nice vibes.

the hotel is beautiful and quaint. Rooms are large and the price is fantastic There is not enough staff which is in general fine but makes it slow. If you wake up very early you have to drive to the front of the hotel to get anyone, but in general the hotel is lovely.
