In case you want to call or email me: John De Carlis, jrcdecarlis@gmail.com, 443 986-1992 No room service, room was dirty, carpet was filthy, old dirty furniture, coffee pot was full of crud, poor lighting, smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. Found out it was not monitored at the front desk or anywhere else. This is a fire code violation which for safety I will address with the proper authorities. Restaurant only open for dinner. Renovation was going on in the lobby and hallways when I was there, and was told by the contractor they would be renovating the rooms starting with the 6th floor. sometime next year. This was like staying at a motel 6 , I expected more from a Marriot Hotel.

Bar/Bistro hours.
-
Wish we knew they were under renovation before booking. And the shower curtain was too short so water got everywhere
-
and my jacuzzi tub i didnt wanna leave!!! The staff were professional and very nice.
-
Quick check in. All we did was sleep there. Didn’t use any amenities or restaurants

The room smelled kind of sour and some of the electrical and usb outlets were broke or didn’t work. The lady at the desk said, “you will love this room with the balcony because you can see Lake Erie”. The only thing I saw was the Cracker Barrel sign.

Said breakfast was included, however, it’s not a continental breakfast which we thought it was. And upon looking at our bill from Expedia, we were actually charged for the breakfast. It was just factored into the price of the room, so it really wasn’t “included”. We ended up paying $15 per adult for breakfast I believe. And what it was was a sandwich or pastry, a coffee or iced tea from the little Starbucks in the front lobby. It was fine, but not worth the $15 apiece that we paid.

Nothing wrong at all with the hotel but things feel tired and could use an upgrade all around. Rooms are dim, sinks are tiny and the “cafe” was a toss of the coin over our three days as to whether anyone worked there.
-
Room was spacious and clean. The gym was under renovations but we could access the gym at the hotel next door. There were lots of restaurants, grocery stores and other store close by.
-
Perfect stay.

Everything was great. Would stay here again.

Sadly was the most expensive room we booked on our 3 week journey. It was just one night. The hotel is old and it shows! Carpets, paint, furniture, bathroom condition, bed frame, etc. were all markedly aged. It was a very poor representation of a Courtyard Inn. Keep that in mind if you book it!
-
The interior of the room was outdated. Pillows were uncomfortable. Towels were like sandpaper
-
Exceptional
-
Ac didn’t work kecard got locked multiple times staff was very helpful but there was a ton of inconveniences
-
The room temperature was comfortable and was clean. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows from which to choose. There was a low hum all night. One of the light shades was broken. The window shears were torn. The bathroom sink drained slow.

The room had a distinct odor of cigarette smoke but aside from that the hotel was nice and otherwise pretty clean. The location right off I-90 was perfect and plenty of places close by for gas and food before getting back on the road. If we ever come this way again I would definitely stay again.
