Great location from the highway. Close to restaurants and services. Nothing fancy but for an overnight trip it was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean. We missed having the continental breakfast buffet. The "made to order" breakfast took thirty minutes. Had we known what a long wait it was going to be, we would have skipped it because we had a boat tour in the morning and were pressed for time. Also, we did not have cash on us in the dining room and, since there was no ATM in the hotel, we were unable to tip the one staff who was working the room all alone! I would highly recommend installing an ATM in the lobby, as I'm sure we are not the only patrons to run into this type of dilemma.

Very dirty. I think this may be due to under staffing. There was a dirty towel on one of the patio tables for the 2 days we were there. All of the tables appeared to have not been wiped down once. Upon arrival, there was a bag of old take out food in the closet of our room. For our third night, we went to a cheaper hotel and it was clean and a better experience.

The people in the room next to us we were screaming at 10 pm and 2 pm had to have our tv on to drown the noise out and we told the front desk and they did nothing

I liked the pool but the floor around the pool was dangerous and slick. There weren't enough towels at the pool and they are ridiculously small. Our room wasn't completely clean. Not worth the price.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was spotless and very clean. Bathrooms, fantastic. Breakfast delicious. We stayed five nights at different hotels on our trip and by far, this holiday and was the best. We stayed at Marriott, Best Western’s, Hiltons. This was the best of all.

Very clean and conveniently located nearby interstate and Starbucks for morning coffee because coffee service in the room and complimentary in the lobby not very tasty. The room was quiet, dark at night and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We were there 3 nights and slept well. The TV in the room is not a SMART TV so no streaming service and the screen mirror function didn't work; not being able to watch our shows in the evening was a bummer. About 14 minute drive from Presque Isle.
