We loved everything. The room as spacious and clean. The jacuzzi tubs were an added bonus. The pool and hot tub were great! Great breakfast buffet. They don't clean the rooms every day. Only after 4 days stay. We could have used fresh towels without having to hunt someone down. And yeah cans in the room were small for a family with 3 kids.

Great customer service from the front desk. The only recommendation is to update the bathroom shower. We really enjoyed our stay the check in and check out process was fast and easy. I will definitely stay again.

I liked the location. Also the main bed was comfortable The kitchen had NO sauce pan only 2 frying pans with NO LIDS. Not anything to even boil water in and the room coffee maker was a one cupper pod type with NO pods, but a package of regular grounds which could not be used with this coffee maker? The hotel could use some updating and it is over priced I paid 500 for 2 nights.

The staff handled the power outage very well. Doing everything they could. Power was out from 200 to 900. It was very inconvenient, the hotel was pitch dark. While I understand things happen, to not offer any type of compensation for the amount we paid for that room to not be able to use it for 7 hours was unacceptable. Additionally the food we had in the fridge was ruined.

Superb

The staff never came to clean the rooms or offer any towels, toilet paper etc. My room had someone else’s food still in the fridge, the floors were dirty.

First, if you are going to Splash Lagoon and don't stay at this hotel you should NOT be allowed to park in the parking lot, use the pool inside and run around everywhere. Access SL from the main entrance or wherever else you're staying. We also didn't have power for several hours and no real support from management. We almost went home, several people did but had to fight for their money back. If you want a quiet stay go somewhere else. Property needs updated. Stay nearby at a nicer hotel for same or even less, which is what I will do next time. However, breakfast was good, just not enough room for everyone so we ate in our room.

Disappointing
-
The entire place smells like smoke. The room I don’t believe was even cleaned!
-
In one room the central a/c was not sufficient enough and had 2 window units, 1st floor level, subject to easy break-in. The other room had a broken chair, broken towel rack. To top it of, the power went out for 6 1/2 hours and no back up generator with total black out and the exit lights did not light up, no a/c, just a few battery backup lights in the hallways which is probably against code. Most hotel quests sat at their vehicles in the parking lot just waiting. I requested a refund and the manager said I have to tell Expedia. I am waiting.

Loved the size of our room, and the size of the bathtub. Being close to restaurants was a huge plus. Enjoyed the breakfast. I didn't realize the hotel was connected to splash lagoon when I booked it. It seems very convenient if you're planning a trip there. We didn't like our room being so close to the elevator (directly across) could hear everything all night long.

The staff was friendly knowledgeable and available. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, pool was open. I was surprised we hadn't paid more.

Passable

Very convenient, had everything we...

The hotel could be updated somehow. Breakfast is in a small area so there was long lines waiting to get food. The air conditioning didn't work well in the bedroom.

BED BUGS IN ROOM 317! Have always loved this hotel and stayed here a bunch in the past but it’s went downhill and further, left ate up by bed bugs, pool was filthy, some creep was in the pool area taking pictures of little girls, breakfast staff and breakfast were TERRIBLE! I’m talking powdered eggs floating in water with weak coffee TERRIBLE! Couldn’t get our room clean unless we got it cleaned before a certain time, parties were happening on the premises with kids smoking weed everywhere, door entries wide open, and did I mention BED BUGS!! Everyone at the hotel morning breakfast was in there scratching like crazy! Such a shame to watch this gem of a hotel turn into a piece of crap! The only good part of this hotel is the sweet girl at the front desk taking all the slack for the bugs, and all the other complaints everyone had non stop at the desk the whole time I was there!

One of the worst locations in the building was room 117 king suite, loud traffic area and unless you have kids that are just as loud then avoid this room by any means! Not use started at 7am and lasted until 2 am. Never changed to room sounded like ppl coming through the ceiling and from every wall . Worst stay I ever had any where, the only peace I had during my 3 night stay was going out to eat, very disappointed
