All in all it was a great stay and staff was super friendly.

Great experience
-
My room was great though the fridge was small for a 6 person room

Great stay. Rooms were very spacious. Staff friendly.

Property filthy ,no hot water and stuff were extremely unprofessional!!! Don't waste your money here !
-
I love love love this location!!! The room was immaculate, the shower was a dream come true especially after a long ride in the car! I will 100% stay here again!

The room was clean and a good size for our family of 5. The breakfast was plentiful. There was no cleaning service or fresh towels during our 4 day stay. The exercise room was not air conditioned and half the equipment was broken. The public spaces were worn. Overall it was adequate for our needs. Any service members we interacted with were friendly.

Helpful and friendly staff, super comfy bed, loved the deep jacuzzi tub, would stay here again.

Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. One of the chairs and one of the blankets had visible stains. The air conditioning was also frustrating—the thermostat in the living area was locked on hold at 72 with no way to adjust it, could try to move it down to 67 and it’s cool down for a bit before shutting off and trying to get back to 72. The thermostat in the sleeping area only goes down to 67 , and once it reaches that temperature, the AC shuts off completely instead of keeping the fan running. If you’re someone who sleeps with white noise from the HVAC, I’d recommend bringing a fan. Also, the right-side elevator seemed a bit unreliable or sketchy during our stay. Overall, the hotel has some good qualities, but the cleanliness and HVAC issues made the stay less comfortable than it should have been.

Cons: Breakfast could be better. I eat gluten free and one of the days I was only able to eat scrambled eggs and fruit. Our room wasn’t cleaned or tidied up neither morning of our 3 night stay. Sure, we had a 2 month old and it took us a minute to leave for the morning but for some reason once housekeeping went through the floor we were staying on, they never came back. Also for a 6 person room, we only had 4 bath towels.

Room was clean. Lobby area and breakfast area had a sticky floor during our stay, breakfast was served until 10am but both mornings we arrived around 9:30 and pickings were extremely thin. They like to close down an entire side of the area early creating food shortages and long lines, my kids wanted a waffle but the line was so long by the time we made it up there that there were none left. I suggest arriving early if you rely on breakfast. We did not come for splash lagoon but a lot of other families did and seemed to enjoy it. I booked with expedia, prepaid. I woke up both mornings of my stay with a 239.16 charge to my credit card. I asked the clerk on first day what happened and was told that I was being charged the cost of the room as an incidental charge and this was directly related to the fact that I booked with a third party. She assured me that she prevented it from happening again for the next night because you end up getting charged everyday the cost of the room until you check out. At checkout, I advised her that whatever she did to stop the debit from my card did not work as now I had 2 pending room charges on top of already having paid in full ahead of time. I lucked out because I brought a credit card I didn't plan to use, but had I not we would not have afforded any meals or activities for the weekend so beware if you use a third party cause I paid almost 1K for a weekend as I await 500 of it to be returned to my charge card.

For the money, we felt we got a really nice, spacious room. There was a sofa, comfortable king bed, a refrigerator and microwave with a sink area. There was also a large, jetted tub but we couldn't get the stopper to work. We only stayed one night so they might have fixed that had we stayed longer and asked. Breakfast was pretty standard with scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and white gravy, oatmeal and cereal.....maybe some fruit. There were decent restaurants in the area. Staff was polite and helpful.

Awesome location! Good breakfast! Room was very nice. It was spacious enough for our group. We loved the suite-style room.. omg thing it didn't come with dishes like other suite we stayed in. Not a big deal. Just giving heads up for others who don't know. Staff were great as well! We will be staying again.
