Breakfast was mediocre beds where crappie and the internet didn't work

The staff were very nice, but the room#210 presented an uneven floor at entry,which the room door would get stuck on. The exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. A garbage can outside near pool was always full. The elevator unfortunately broke as we were departing.

Everything Pool wasn't HEATED

The hotel was conveniently located and reasonably priced. The staff was cordial and the pool was nice, the breakfast was

Staff pleasant and helpful. Bed and pillows clean and very comfortable. Decent sized room. We were late for breakfast, but was able to grab some juice, yogurt, fruit, and muffins.

It was close to highway and the pet outside area was clean The room we had smelled like mildew and stale cigarettes. I also found a pizza box in the dresser drawers

Proximity to the college and stores. Staff were polite and helpful. The bed mattresses were uncomfortable. The sheets and towels were dirty but they changed the sheets when I told them.

Room was okay for a 1-night stay. Breakfast was lacking, eggs were gritty - tasted like they were powered, sausage was greasy and hard.

Had to change rooms because of an odor, and the phone didn’t work. Moved to another room, was better but the sheets were stained, and the faucet was loose. The people were helpful

Nothing, everything was awful Room was literally a converted storage room. It was dirty, smelled, the carpet was soaking wet, the soap was out in the bathroom, the breakfast was terrible. There’s nothing good I can say. I told staff how disappointed I was and they just walked away.

Exceptional

upon arriving to my room, the ceiling was leaking, and there were brown streaks down the wall and into the picture frame. The carpet was completely saturated. When I notified the gentleman at the front desk, he said he would look into it, but did not get up or make any attempt to address the concerns

It was a nice hotel

The property is dirty. They have old spring boards. They didn’t vacuum the carpet. The showers are dirty and filthy. Its unsanitary

Very musty smelling rooms, I understand that general environment is humid, but other hotels around do not have that issue. Loud freeway noise, windows needs replacement. Dirty Windows, The door of my room did not lock and did not pay attention for 2 days, expected it to be working, but it did not, scared me. Even though staff were accommodating and provided alternates but rooms had, one of the other issue, some had only couple of lamps working.... For a similar price point found other hotels around. Eventually moved out.
