The actual facilities in the property and that shown in your booking.com description is totally different. I need a proper explanation for this kind of cheating from booking.com . The condition of washrooms were pathetic and roaches running over the bed and tables . I want to make a serious complaint about this and I want a full refund for the stay . Everything was bad

I booked by booking.com I got confirmation number But the receptionist said he doesn't have any reservation. When I show the booking confirmation he said he not accepting. It was midnight then I forced to pay which he asked

Rooms are very spacious and clean with lot of furniture than usual hotels No in-house pantry, remote area and Gyeser was not working.
