Everything was brilliant, staff, cleanliness, food, very well equipped studio apartments, great entertainment in the evenings. Overall I've really enjoyed my 9 night stay ?????

The best thing that happened to me for a long time to spend a month in this amazing hotel Only gratitude ? I would never leave if I could The breakfast was a bit boring on the healthy side not many options, but I stayed for a month.. so of course it will be boring. Nevertheless I made the best out of it. Initially I booked because they were supposed to have a fitness room which they didn’t have.. as they said it is just being rebuilt. Not much happened in the month though…

The food was Amazing The building , the humidity got sick because the ac doesn’t work they change us the room was the same problem . Have to sleep with fan And we got a big roach ? under the sick

Staff very good and friendly, room/apartment very big and well equipped. My 1st time trying Es Cana and area too full of Ex Pat's, for my liking so had a bit of a corney feeling. Wouldn't go to that part of the Island again

Food very good lots of healthy choices. Location perfect. Having an apartment style suits me perfectly and love Having separate seating, table areas. Views good Plastic glasses at the bar. I understand the safety issue but I chose to go out at night because I don't want to drink from a Plastic glass like a child.

Everything was perfect! Sometimes too much AC in the lobby and dining areas

No utensils or anything for cooking even though there was a small cooking area.

Great hotel stayed here many times ,was b&b met some ladies that told us booking .com had given them the option to upgrade to all inc ,we weren't offered this by booking.com Staff always friendly Bar staff are amazing Always sunbeds available. The room had no working tap in the kitchen area , reported to reception , maintenance man came up said it was closed ,speak to reception,I did and was told waiting for a part ,had to use the bathroom sink to wash cups ,but were unable to cook in the room due to lack of tap.

The staff were nice and very helpful. The hotel was very central and there were a couple of good bars with live music nearby. The hotel needs refurbishing and some things weren't okay!!!! didn't like the fact that booking.com advertised (even today) entertainment in the hotel which was inexistent!!!! We paid an upgrade from BNB to all-inclusive only to find that the lunch were microwave meals heated and served at the pool bar. Breakfast and dinner were ok!!!! a buffet with plenty choice. Drinks were local only and not so good.

The only thing nice was the staff. And our room had a view of the sea. Terrible experience. Loud and uncomfortable stay. The food was disgusting and either overcooked or undercooked. The bathtub had rust around the edges. The towel had a blood stain. The beds were not very comfortable and there was only a thin, scratchy sheet. I had to ask for extra bedding. The only small sofa was so old and falling apart that we didn't sit on it. There was a kitchen, but we were not given utensils. I had to ask before they would be provided. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked water from above and got my bags wet! The sauna was broken. The gym had many machines broken. The worst was the water. It was smelly and overly chlorinated after it being brown from a bad storm. I couldn't even brush my teeth or wash my body. Instead we bought bottled water and couldn't at all be bothered to shower with the water in the system there. Honestly this was a poor poor hotel and the company needs to upgrade ?. Terrible.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience. The pool area with plenty of sunbeds and high-quality parasols, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is tasty and offers a wide variety of choices to suit different preferences. The rooms, hotel front side and swimming pool are quite outdated and would benefit from renovation. Additionally, the €20 cash deposit required for a towel feels excessive (you do get it back at the end).

The rooms were very clean, very modern and the hotel was beautiful. Loved the location a short walk to the beach. The food there is phenomenal and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Best hotel we stayed in. The views were superb.

AC and WIFI was not working

By far the worst hotel I ever stayed in! Super dirty smells bad uncomfortable so so dates rude staff just so bad!

Clean and comfortable apartment with nice big balcony. Absolutely fantastic breakfast for a little extra. Close to beautiful walks to most stunning beaches and everything you need very close without being mega commercial. One staff member was very rude to me on at least 3 consecutive occasions, on different days. She was managing the breakfast hall and as I’m not able to eat a huge breakfast in the morning I squirrelled away an apple, orange and a couple of biscuits for later. She saw me and told me I wasn’t allowed to take food out of the hall (despite the fact that so much leftovers goes in the bin ). I said ok and sorry. The following day after being told, I had zero intention of taking anything out of the room, but the woman (Eva) told my friend she was worried that I would take food away. I approached Eva to apologise (in Spanish) for taking the apple and biscuits the previous day, and to assure her that she did not need to worry, I promised I would not take anymore out. Regardless, she continued to berate me in Spanish telling me again in angry tones that all food must be consumed in the breakfast room. I apologised again. On my final morning I was still finishing my food just after 11 o clock when breakfast officially finished but the staff are still cleaning up until at least 11.30. Eva decided to have another confrontation with me about finishing eating late even though other people had finished after 11 who she said nothing to, and I also saw people leaving the room with extra drinks and snacks for later. I felt victimised and someone shouting I at me makes me feel shaky and anxious. I don’t think I did anything really wrong to deserve such treatment and the experience with Eva has left a bad impression. I'm utterly bewildered that the hotel has responded basically accusing me of lying, and I absolutely solemnly promise that as soon as I had been asked not to remove any more food from the hall I definitely did not!! Why on earth would I go to the trouble of apologising only to then continue doing the same thing? I was embarrassed that I had upset the woman and determined that I did not want to cause further upset, but regardless she continued harassing me. Truth.

Great breakfast! Really good selection with something to suit everyone. The room was nice and clean and great to have a little kitchenette. The staff are friendly and really happy to help. It was in a good location and there is a bus to and from the airport nearby. The pool was big, but also freezing. I would have preferred no music in the pool area, I found it distracting rather than relaxing.
