The room was perfect and it’s in a good location. Breakfast was amazing!

Its a lovely place.. It was a nice room,but we got the room on the ground and it was super dark and a bit smelly like underground or so..also a bit noisy, we could hear ppl going around..i would definitely make sure,that my room is on upper floor before i take it again.

Super clean and beautiful decor. Airy, bright and had brand new amenities throughout.

The location was excellent All the doors were light so banged when you closed them. This includes all the cupboard doors, the bathroom door and bedroom door so you would hear banging from the other rooms too.

Great location. Lovely staff.Use of shower after checkout. Lack of kettle. Pool needed maintaining properly. Somewhere to dry off clothes would have been good.

Everything was exceptional! The rooms were cleaned daily, even after 2pm, which was the time I would leave the flat. All the staff was amazing, and the recepcionist + cleaning staff were so nice to allow us to leeave bags in the Hotel while we could not check in, and also made the room available 2 hours earlier than the check in time. The room was super big, with a individual porch, and all renewed! It was also very handy to have a well equiped kitchen n our room. Location, comfort and cleaninless are also 10/10!!!

The only thing we didn’t like is that the hotel didn’t pay any attention to our request - to leave at least a happy birthday card or note for our friend. Lack of attention to detail and customer service

Room Design and location Nothing

Spaceous room, with very good bed and bathroom. Very clean building. Very good location. Nice staff. Unfortunately our room was just next to the stairs (room 201) which made it a bit noisy, specially at night and in the morning when people use the stairs.

Ideal location. Beautiful minimalist design.Always clean and safe.

The decor, the location, the rooms are beautiful and equipped with everything you need and more. The pool area was gorgeous too. No lift, which wasn’t a huge issues, it’s just more with luggage, I had a large case as I had come another vacation.

Great location and nice decoration in the rooms. The small pool was a plus The room we got was small, no privacy at all, since the only window was looking straight to the bar area. There was no space to hang and dry towels and swimsuits, something necessary for beach holidays

Maybe the decoration. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with this hotel. We were so excited to discover it, as the website promises calm and a heaven of peace, which would justify the high prices. But in reality, what we got for the very high price was not justified AT ALL. As a majority of the rooms of the hotel, our room was overlooking the street (what a heavenly view). There is noise all night long from nearby bars and nightclubs, people talking in the street, scooters, etc. And this is only in June. What will this be in high season?Once the clubs are closed, and from 7:00 a.m on the garbage truck parks a few meters from the hotel , making an incredible rattling noise for over 45 minutes. Then comes the truck which empties the bottle container, again half an hour of shattering glass. Impossible to sleep with the window open. In addition the hotel is very poorly insulated, the doors slam, you can hear everything from the neighbors (even the alarms that go off in the morning), their steps back and forth when coming home at 2a.m. or getting up at 6.a.m. there is also a big problem with drainage smell and pipes which apparently is recurrent. We talked about it with the boss, who told us that we shouldn't have chosen “Es Pujols" if we wanted peace and calm... that's not what is promised on the website. What an uncommercial way to treat customers like this… we definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The location, the interiors, the cleanliness Beds are a bit hard but nothing other than that!
