Location was exceptional A dirty fake eyelash strip on my television area table. A long strand of black hair on the blanket when I first turned down the bedsheets. At check-in I was told the mini fridge would be stocked with two bottles of water and two bottles of Coca Cola; I assumed that meant 2 bottles of water/day. I had two bottles of water for one day and one bottle of water per day thereafter. But there were always two bottles of Coke even after one was consumed. It is hard to believe that this was due to a shortage of bottled water at the hotel.

Great room with balcony. Clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom is fine, good shower. Roof top pool. Great breakfast! Super helpful staff. No sports channel on the television.

Good price / quality to be in Formentera (having been in other more luxury hotels as well) Nice to have a small balcony Unfortunately despite many good services for a 3 star (ie water in the room, beach towels) I found lots of hair in the bathroom - cleaning is key and top priority and should be really taken care of I would also suggest to look into the bed head frame - every time you slightly move in the bed, it swings and makes noise which is not great in the night

This was a very short visit but the room was very good. Very spacious and all the amenities I needed.

The girl at the reception was really nice and helpful. She was among the few people from the staff who was speaking english. The room was clean at check-in. The problem is that the feet towell wasn't changed despite the fact that it was placedon the floor. - one of the worst price/quality ratio hotels I've ever been to - the hotel is exactly on the road and you can hear everything. The moto is the main vehicle there - non-stop and those are quite noisy. Moreover there were drunk people in the middle of the night making noise on the street. - the hotel is quite outdated, the "refurbishment" was done by painting in white some old furniture - the staff doesn't speak english, with few exceptions - we were asking for support in a situation that could've been easily solved if there would've been a bit of good willing, but they were not willing to helpvat all - a bit disappointing - the breakfast was simply a joke - we booked here especially fot the breakfast option, but I'm sorry I did this choice. Not so many warm choices and the existing ones need to be specifically ordered (cooked eggs, mostly), those are not part of the buffet. The selection of food was the same every day, cold cuts, some fruits, no vegetables and some questionable quality pastry.. The coffee was bad too, and the coffee machine would definitely deserve some attention/maintenance. - the sink could not be drained - we were asking for support and it was solved, but is not a pleasant thing to receive a room that wasn't checked for technical issue before.

Clean, nice room Bad luck with the weather, but all the more reason to spend more time at the hotel
