Location was excellent. Easy to reach, in a wonderful setting. Breakfast buffet offered everything one can wish. Staff was always helpful and very friendly. Reservation system of the Spa/Sauna was ridiculous. We reserved and found 7 people without reservation, blocking the sauna, couldn't use the sauna. Building was not designed for heavy winds and rain. Management should rethink some details of the architectal structure.

Lovely vibe throughout, great welcome. Most of the staff were friendly but some a bit aloof. The pool girl with the red outfit giving out towels needs a special mention she was terrific. Javier and Alfonso also get a mention Some maintenance issues which were not well resolved. Also we don't feel overall it was worth what we spent. It was good, but not great. 5* needs to be memorable

We loved the location next to the best beaches and our room was very comfortable. The breakfasts full of fresh veg and fruits were amazing! The staff was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed the spa and also got a discount on the bike and scooter rental. Control of the lights in the bedroom was challenging, it wasn't possible to switch on only the reading light at night. Also couldn't connect our devices to the tv.

This hotel was out of this world for not only location and facilities but also the INCREDIBLE service. Special mention to Lucio, Diego and Eva (the concierge) for their assistance and help during our stay. Your car is valet parked every time you come and go; restaurant recommendations and reservations are made and the service by the pool and the rooftop bar are simply phenomenal. On your checkout day a complimentary changing and shower facility is provided if you are leaving on a late ferry for example. No doubt: You have to stay here if you’re visiting Formentera! Nothing to complain about.

The location is a short walk to beautiful beaches. The accommodation was always tidy and smelt lovely. The rooftop arrangement could have been better for sunset. Still a lovely option to enjoy a drink and view the sunset.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. It has all the amenities and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The room was large and very well decorated. The rooftop bar and pool have fabulous views. The bathroom sinks in the middle of the room are not very practical. I did not find plant-based products (milk, yogurt, butter, etc.) at breakfast.

Everything Just some details: - don‘t play different music at the same time at the rooftop and pool bar - menu in the room should be updated. There‘s no night room service and the menu from the rooftop bar is not correct.

The things I liked the most are: i) location of the hotel near a beautiful beach and a wide range of restaurants, ii) friendly and accommodative staff, iii) top notch cleanliness of the hotel, iv) 24h gym inside the hotel, v) superb breakfast served until late (noon I believe), vi) last but not least the sunsets that can be seen from the rooftop bar of the hotel The comfort of the rooms can be improved as functionality of the sinks is affected by their shape and the lights above them

The design of the hotel. Our room layout. The views. Breakfast buffet. Front desk and concierge service were really friendly and helpful. The pool is not heated, and too cold?. The finish on some of the materials used was already a bit worn and fittings looked a bit shabby in places.

Good location. Superb staff. Air con could be better, rooms don’t cool down enough and reverts to 23 deg as soon as you open the front door. Occasionally the drains in the toilets smell. Wash basins in the bedroom area is a bad idea.
