Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, alot of choices. Housekeeping cleaned our room everyday. Only complaint was the traffic from in and out burger place made it hard to get to the hotel most days

The stay was pleasant. The front desk was very kind and helpful.

But no reply. I booked through Expedia, they tried to contact the hotel, hotel replied till the booking day. Said : the first day as no show, no refundable; second day, as it’s non refundable order, even you have the medical records, they still don’t agree to change or cancel the order. Very disappointing!

Clean room

Great staff, clean room, and an excellent location! Everything was right in front of In-N-Out, which was very convenient. During busy times, remember to go through Del Taco to access the hotel faster and avoid traffic. Overall, a great stay!

Rooms were clean. Parking and access to rooms were great. Breakfast was adequate. Some areas of the property show wear. Overall a good stay.

Costumer service was great

Getting to the hotel was quite the fiasco. Having In & Out share the same driveway made it difficult to get to the hotel. There were also homeless around the area and we woke up to stolen pieces off our car which was frustrating. The hotel was clean and did the job for a quick overnight stay. Our room was right by the elevator and we could hear everyone very loudly in the hall way all hours of the night. Hotel is also right by the freeway so you could hear road noise all night. Overall the hotel was as decent if you’re looking for just a quick stop. Hotel staff was very sweet

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great, food was good, and pool was nice. the elevator was tiny.

Very close to the safari park, which was our destination. We arrived very early and the front desk staff had our room ready within an hour and a half. There are lots of food choicrs nearby. Del Taco, In N Out, Cane's, Carl's Jr across the road. Room was clean. In room keurig, fridge. Great shower, nice water pressure, nice snd hot. Dove shampoo, bodywash and lotion was really nice. Need to buy some for home. Breakfast was great, nice hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, toast, muffins,fruit, juice. Very clean and well stocked breakfast. The fresh ground and brewed coffee was excellent. Didn't hear any noise at night, even though the hotel semmed full. We went mid-week.

Getting in can be slightly difficult due to an In n Out right next to the hotel, but getting food is pretty fast due to it. Very clean, the bed was comfortable, and Escondido itself is quite nice on the side the hotel is at.

The room was clean and the staff has good customer service skills.

Exceptional

Room was very clean. Shower was nice, good water pressure. Breakfast was plentiful and convenient. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds. After checking in the room found out we got two full size, not even two queen beds. Breakfast was good, everything else is very average.
