Americas Best Value Inn Eugene

The cleanliness of this hotel was appalling; the nightstand was covered in dust and debris, the table was thick with dust, and the bathroom was littered with hair. The bathroom sink was barely draining, and the room reeked of an unpleasant curry odor—a smell that was even more overpowering at the reception desk.

On the web it say breakfast included but there wasn’t much on breakfast side it was banana ,granolas bars ,yogurt, with coffee for breakfast every morning

It’s in a sketchy part of Eugene but overall the room was really nice

Very pleasantly surprised - very comfortable beds and good facilities in room. The room is quite dated but this didn't affect our stay and we would definitely stay again.

This is an older property that is clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is very basic.

Good, clean, and quiet place to stay. There were multiple concerts and events in town that weekend, so rates were a little high throughout Eugene. It was a fair rate, and I couldn’t hear another guest the entire stay. Room is fine, really nothing fancy but it definitely does the trick, AC worked just fine. Convenient location, although perhaps not the fanciest part of town.

Rooms were clean, staff was freindly. Parking was tight and personally the mattress was to firm and same with the pillows. Conveniently located in downtown.

Our room was clean and the staff was kind. They provided some breakfast to go items, which was perfect! We got back late after a concert, and it was quiet.

The room I had was tucked away and needed a worker to show me where the room was at.

Could tell where repairs were done on the wall, bad spackle job, bad paint job.
